Great urgent care facility!! First time there and it only took me less than 45 minutes to do everything. The receptionist was really helpful and had a good personality. Thank you Bethany Cofield. Nurse practitioner who treated me was professional and quick.

Really enjoyed my experience here. The receptionist was super sweet, the nurse and Dr. were also very kind. They told me straight forward what I had and got my correct medication. Highly recommend. Also, super fast service. Was in & out in 20 minutes.

They were very attentive and thorough. They listened to my daughter about her wrist and asked some very good questions about how she could move it and what hurt took some x-rays and my daughter had a buckle fracture so they got her set up Until she could see another doctor and even told us about a A good doctor to use to set her break. Definitely will be using again

My experience was very pleasant. I made an appointment on line and checked in before I even walked in the door. They got me back in swift manner and treated me very well. When I left the NP told me she hoped I felt better, which was kind.

I have to say it was an incredible experience for me, especially being in the condition I was in. I made my appointment and completed my paperwork online. When I arrived, I checked in and was seen almost immediately. The staff are all respectful, caring professionals that took care of me in an efficient and courteous manner. I was diagnosed, my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy and I was out of there in less than an hour.

Have been going here for years and have always loved it. Today I made an appointment, arrived to a packed waiting room, which is UNDERSTANDABLE due to everything going around. After over an hour in the waiting room, we get back and are swabbed and told they will be in with results. An hour of sitting in a room alone, no one ever checked in, said hey we are short people but haven’t forgotten you. Nothing. When I step out the room, a see a female sitting at the desk on her phone. I explained how had to leave, and asked if they could call me with results. I was met with attitude about no, you can’t do anything without seeing a provider. We go back in the room, she comes in immediately and with attitude says I’m ready to see him now , but I don’t appreciate your attitude. At that point I walked out. So wasted not only 2.5 hrs in their office, but left with absolutely nothing to help me son get better and now he has to go be swabbed again elsewhere, from their lack of courtesy, and lack of keeping the patient informed.
