Front desk staff was wonderful. The rooms are ok, but small compared to most other hotels. We had a suite and felt cramped with 2 adults, a toddler, and a baby. No garbage can in our room, and 4 packs of decaf coffee with the coffee pot, but nothing with caffeine. Breakfast was ok. Lots of signage and tip jars laying out asking for tips. Was a great value for the price. Our stay wasn’t bad, but we’ll pick a different location next time we’re in town.

This obviously isn't meant to be a super high end hotel, but it's now my go to in this area. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a great setup - nice little kitchen and sitting area, and good bathroom. Very friendly staff. Pat, in the bar, is awesome. Decent food if you want some. Free breakfast is a great perk.

We've had good experiences with Hyatt and decided to give this location a try. Staff is always so nice and this was no exception. A lovely view of the mountains and an ugly Audi dealership from our room. The room layout was awesome we much liked that, however housekeeping leaves something to be desired. The whole place reeked of bleach when we walked in, so apparently they are cleaning the obvious places but there was dust on every shelf, burt out light bulbs I had to replace myself, and less than spotless dishes. Also they advertise black out curtains but the view from the bed leaves the other window blasting you in the face with sunlight in the am. Not the best stay we've had at Hyatt, but not horrible either

I will never stay at another hotel when I visit Boulder. The staff is so great. Huge shoutouts to Travis, Pat, Anthony, Roxy, Erin, and Nicole from the kitchen. All of you provided me great customer service with tremendous hospitality. It feels like family here. I can’t wait to visit back. Travis is a great GM listened to the concerns I had and reassured me satisfaction. So glad to have had a great experience here. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you everyone!

We stayed here for a local wedding. The rooms were large and thoughtfully appointed. The hotel provided shampoo and conditioner, and were cleaned daily.|My only thoughts for improvement are:|-The heat/AC was not easy to adjust. there was a thermostat, however no matter how I set the temp (heat or AC), it ALWAYS remained 72 degrees-Which is way too warm for me. I ended up opening a window.|-There is a window in the room that does not have room darkening shades, which made it difficult to sleep in.|-The breakfast on Sunday was sparse and no meat option|The staff was great. The housekeeping person did a fabulous job. The facility was very clean.

The hotel located near Boulder, has free parking, breakfast and rooms with a kitchen. Teh facility is new, and the staff are all very nice. I will be staying here again in August and again in September. I would recommend this hotel as a good value. The fan in the room is however a bit noisy. You can turn this off.

This place was perfect for us ! Much better than our horrible experience several months ago at the Holiday Inn across the street. We travel to the Boulder area from Atlanta about once a month and have stayed at several hotels in the area. This has to be our new favorite.

I arrived after a long drive in and was tired, cranky and the lobby was packed with drunk finance bros in Patagonia vests talking over each other… but the front desk staff made up for this entirely by getting me checked in and on my way with my waters pretty quickly. Very friendly, too. I texted the front desk to request a late checkout and they got back to me right away (the text feature is often ignored by other front desk agents at other Hyatt locations)

Parking is plentiful, the room is clean, and like most Hyatt Houses, laid out well so noise from the hallway doesn’t make it past the kitchen. Good place to stay. Elevators are quick too. Beautiful property and the pool table/multiple lounge areas are a huge plus. Outdoor pool looks like it would be gorgeous in the summer.
