I had a surgical consultation visit with Dr. Cusic yesterday. Going in I was uncertain about which procedure was best to fit my needs.

Dr. Cusic took time to help me weigh advantages and disadvantages of my choices. I left feeling completely at peace with my decision and absolutely confident that she was the perfect surgeon for the job. Her team was excellent and made me feel super comfortable and confident in my choice.

I found my experience at this office to be quite disappointing. The office itself was clean and well-maintained, and everyone I interacted with seemed normal. However, I had a very busy day at work due to quarter close-out, but I still made the effort to attend my consultation as this was important to me. Unfortunately, this is the first time I have ever encountered an issue with scheduling. I was told to head to a desk for the lady to barely speak with me and quickly inform me that someone would contact me, but after several days, I have not received any follow-up or explanation.

I was referred to this office by a nearby dermatologist for a straightforward minimal procedure, and I even expressed interest in pursuing additional cosmetic treatments. Given my background as a Sales Leader in a global healthcare firm, I find it difficult to understand why my consultation wasn’t properly scheduled for a procedure, especially as the success of a business relies heavily on client engagement and revenue generation…. Just completely flabbergasted by this oversight and won’t be returning. I’ll also have to contact my Dermatologist to advise they don’t want the business apparently 🤷‍♀️.

Illume and the doctors and staff are all professional and caring. They supported me through a MOHS repair and I am happy with the result. Although you may need to wait longer for return phone calls, they are helpful with the reply. I would like to have received more immediate access to my consult and surgery medical records.

The staff at Illume are outstanding!! They are caring, attentive, and very personable. They took the time to answer all questions, give options, talk through the process and made the patient feel comfortable. The Patient Care Supervisor for scheduling surgery was also very easy to work with and provided all necessary information in a timely fashion. Her follow-up was also much appreciated. Keep up the great customer service and being attentive to your parients as this does not go unnoticed! Thank you!

I’ve been working with Illume for over a year on weight loss and they have helped me lose 75 pounds. They listen to all my needs and concerns and make sure I get the individual experiences that I need on this journey. I’ve also used them for custom facials and Botox and have had amazing results. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!!!

Dr. Bruce is such a wonderful doctor. I have only had 2 interactions with him and he is just stellar. He actually makes you excited to have surgery. Imagine! I would recommend him to everyone I know. Amazing experience always.
