This shop sells a lot of Asian beauty products, like cosmetics, hair accessories, toiletries, gifts, etc. I saw Korean brand face masks and Japanese brand make-up.

The prices are a bit high, but it's an interesting store to browse and shop. They have some cute things, like Sanrio. If you can't find these Asian brand anywhere, then this is the place to get them!

The people who work here speak Chinese. They almost follow you around if they think you're remotely interested.

I recently decided to take my 10-year-old daughter out for a special day together, as I'm often busy with work and school. She had been asking to shop at this particular store, so l thought it would be a nice treat. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a huge mistake.
From the moment we entered, it was clear that the staff had a problem with us. A female employee began following us closely as we moved through the aisles. It felt incredibly creepy and made my daughter visibly uncomfortable, especially given the context of child trafficking that we often hear about. At one point, she even asked if she might be one of those people being targeted.
After enduring this harassment for some time, I had to explain to my daughter that this treatment was due to our Mexican heritage. It was heartbreaking to tell her that they were judging us based on how we look, assuming we were going to steal. This blatant racism is not only unacceptable but also deeply disrespectful.
I want to make it clear that businesses like this degrade individuals and communities. We should not support establishments that promote such discriminatory behavior. I encourage others to think twice before spending their money here, as they clearly do not value all customers equally.

It is an interesting place to visit. It's one of the few retailers in this nice mall. It is sad to see that retailers haven't returned from covid.

I have to say, this isn't a perfect store, but their after-sales service is absolutely perfect.

Their product range is indeed diverse, and the store may have many hidden corners, so they are very concerned about items being taken without payment. Some people feel they are being followed because of their skin color, but actually, every staff follows every customer. It's just that not every staff is experienced enough to understand how to stay out of the customer's line of sight. In any case, whenever I turned around and needed help, the staff was always there, which was very helpful to me.

There were two or three times when I found issues with items after bringing them home. Even if it wasn't the store's fault, they were very willing to take responsible actions to improve my experience. For this, I offer my heartfelt gratitude.

This store racially profiles customers, they have employees following around as if you’re going to steal. My family and I were going to purchase $150 worth of merchandise but due to the hostile atmosphere, we took our business elsewhere. I felt uncomfortable and looking to get similar items online instead.

I’ve truly had enough of these employees. The store itself, beautifully decorated. Amazing products that are usually cheaper than retail. The same employees there have followed around various of my family members who aren’t pale white. By looking at the other reviews my family has not been the only ones. I wore a hairstyle that showcased my face (braids) and as I was walking by in the store the woman with red hair looks at me and goes to the other employee and with hand expressions motions her hands to express a big face. I look directly at them and they clearly looked guilty. I bought my stuff and left. I will be informing others to not visit because the amount of rude encounters others have had is absolutely disgusting.

Went inside to kill sometime while we waited for a movie to start. This person started following us around, we gave her the benefit of doubt and moved around 2x, and she continued to followed. Very hostile and ruins the shopping experience, never coming back here! Very uncomfortable and unnecessary

Had an issue with a missing order. After many months of not getting the order, spoke with a helpful person in the store who was able to help me. I received my order after being in contact. It looks good. Very good with handling issues.
