My girlfriend and I were able to book a same day, 90-minute massage here for Valentine's. My girlfriend Eve really enjoyed her massage from Anne, and I appreciated Michael's attention to the knots in my shoulders. Chloe was so sweet when I first called, and Annaliese was super friendly when we arrived and checked in and out after.
10/10 recommend this establishment and their services. Everyone was really friendly. We will definitely be back!

Came for a wrap and massage treatment with Jacob and was delighted by the service! Jacob was very attentive to my needs, asking if I felt comfortable throughout the whole session. He was very in tune to my body and muscles and I left the appointment having learned more about my tension points and how to best stretch and care for my body. My skin was scrubbed, moisturized, and massaged more than the finest cut of Wagyu. The entire salon was incredibly welcoming and the ambience was very clean and professional. I would highly recommend Immerse, their massage services, and Jacob!!

My mom treated my sister and I to a spa day here for Christmas. We got our nails done, a facial, and a massage. For my nails, I had destiny who did an amazing job. Erica took great care of my skin. Michael at Immerse Spa is amazing. I've seen him 3 times now for a deep tissue massage and I love him. He is genuine, kind, and caring and truly wants the best for his clients. Destinie is a talented and amazing artist who has an eye for recognizing how to bring out the best YOU! She is honest, professional and takes pride in ensuring she gives the best care and results she can, for each individual and their needs.
I have had facials, eyelash lift and tints. Today, she cut and colored my hair. The results were exactly what I have been wanting that no one else has been able to achieve. I am thrilled with my hair results! She listens and tries to understand what you are asking for. She is thorough, detailed and thoughtful. She is knowledgeable and educates you while going through each process. She is delightful and I absolutely recommend her!

Had such a great experience with Erica for my first facial ever. I booked this appointment the day before and was able to schedule through their online calendar which was very easy to use.

The moment I walked in, I was greeting by Robin who immediately took me to a calm and serene waiting area with a water (and a ton of flavor options to choose from).

Erica soon thereafter took me into my clean and peaceful room, explaining every step of the process to me, answering all my questions along the way.

She took her time on me and consistently checked in on how I was doing, while entertaining a great conversation!

I feel renewed! Definitely worth the experience for very fair prices. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I have gone to the spa twice now and both times the experience was nice. I would say if there was a recommendation I could make. When someone arrives for a spa package. It would be nice. If they supplied you with a large bag You could put your personal belongings in and check the bag in so they can hold it for you in a closet so you're not carrying all your stuff around with you. It's not so comfortable in your lovely waiting room when you have to stuff your jacket behind you and put your bag on the floor and you're juggling your belongings. You can put the belongings in maybe a coat room or designated closet that only the staff can access. I only suggest this because every time I've gone there I'm brought to a nice quiet lovely waiting room offered water or tea, have to juggle my belongings and stuff my coat behind me.

The facial was equally amazing. The esthetician, Destiny, took the time to assess my skin and customized the treatment to address my concerns. The products used felt luxurious, and the process included a gentle cleanse, exfoliation, and a deeply hydrating mask that left my skin glowing.

They offer a great deal on a monthly membership that I highly recommend. The staff was professional, attentive, and friendly throughout, making the entire visit seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Immerse Spa and Salon for anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves to exceptional care.
