I've been shopping here for years, and the older lady who was cashier before was pleasant. But lately, they've had a younger male ring you up, and he is very unprofessional. No acknowledgement, no manners. A kind worker approached me in the aisles and said shes working in the back, but to ask the male cashier to call her up when I'm ready to check out because she sees there's another customer in line with a big order. When i was ready to check out, I asked the male worker to please call up the other worker and let her know I'm ready, he looked at me and looked away and proceeded to scan the big order of the other customer. I let him know that the lady asked me to ask him, and again he ignore me. So I put the merchandise down and WALKED OUT! I'm not spending money somewhere where you could care less. He needs training! ASAP! The worse part about it, he had earphones in, he took them out, heard my question, ignored me, and put his earphones right back in. I will now make the drive to a different store because that was just so disrespectful! and that wasn't my 1st encounter with him. He is always like that!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, there are a lot of different products to choose from as well as other goodies that are nice to have such as jewelry, eye contacts etc. I’ve been there a few times now as well as my mom and we like it

They have good selection and great customer service. I believe this is a Black owned beauty supply. I noticed that the items I was interested in were low in stock and weren't going to be stocked until a week or so when I would like to have my hair done so I unfortunately did not purchase anything this trip. I drove about an half an hour to this beauty supply to see hair I was planning on installing and purchasing in store however I didn't like the color in person so I hoped to opt out and try other colors. I hope they change the inventory soon and stock up on fan favorites. I didn't want to settle on hair I didn't want so I left empty handed.

Delayed post : I was invited to an amazing Halloween party but needed a wig for my outfit. Wigs are not cheap! However I found this place that had an amazing wig great collection. Great quality and an even better price $$. They also had an assortment of hair products at great prices.

They suck, and they are way over priced your better off ordering EVERYTHING from Amazon. They know they wrong for that shi plus they will try in steal your clients depending on the location they are at. Just bad business all the way around both black owned beauty supplys are over priced just get it form Jeff.

Both stores are literally right next door to each other they have a third location in Menifee. Great selection in all style hair and wigs next door are gorgeous. Mariah was helpful, honest and very friendly. I can't wait to purchase my next wig, thank you so much!!!

I was racially profiled by some chunky light skinned woman. She had the audacity to ask me for ID while I was paying with a credit card. The irony is that I probably make triple her salary monthly. All because I was dressed down. I hung back after I paid to witness her not ask the next customer for their ID when they paid. Terrible customer service!

Had a wonderful first experience here. The variety of colors they have for braiding hair was amazing. It took me a while because I couldn't choose which colors I wanted to use. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was helpful and kind. The layout was clutter free and the establishment was clean and tidy. With all of this I will definitely be returning and recommending it to others.
