Got my cart today. About a month after I had ordered it but they couldn't sell me what the website had posted. I needed a different battery so when I called to check the order they said I needed to upgrade. They gave me $50 off the upgrade. Live in the north so I won't be able to try the cart for a few months but excited to have it.

Same bad experience as others. Received email on August 5 supposed that product had supposedly been shipped when in fact USPS website stated no product had been received by USPS for shipment. Called the In-the-Hole number, left voicemail and no response from them. Had to complain to my credit card company to get something done. Finally, the product arrived on September 28.

SCAM AND FRAUDULENT WEBSITE! They don’t tell you the shipment is backordered. No response to emails and never shipped. Had to dispute charges with credit card company. Bunch of scums running this scheme

I was totally impressed with their customer service. When I left a message regarding an issue I was having adding additional items to order they actually reached out by trying to call me regarding my issue. When I returned their call, I actually talked to a live person who resolved my issue immediately. This and age. This kind of service is very rare this day and age. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
