I had an appointment with Danielle a few weeks ago, I believe she said she had only been there 7 days. She gave me my favorite haircut/style and highlights that I’ve ever gotten!! She was so friendly and I look forward to booking with her again!! 5 stars for Danielle, I want to subtract a star for the salons music but Danielle made it worth 5 stars. Nobody else spoke or acknowledged me when I walked through the door.

Called to book 2 appointments today for multiple services and on the booking process was asked for a credit card. I did not feel comfortable giving this information over the phone before even going in and seeing the location. I understand that they are trying to protect themselves from no shows and such but I believe they’ll lose more people this way than what they would lose in potential no shows. Shame since I was looking forward to trying this salon after just moving to the area.

I have been in Prattville for 5 years now and wanted to find a good hair stylist here. I had previously lived and worked in Montgomery for over 40 years and had a great hairstylist there but I really don't like going to Montgomery anymore unless it's really necessary. My hair was in bad shape so I decided to try Indulgence Salon and made an appointment with Lauren. I am more than happy with my choice. Lauren did a fantastic job with my hair and the products she used were phenomenal. My hair has never felt so healthy. The salon itself was so comfortable and relaxed and is in a fantastic location. Thank you so much Lauren. I feel even more at home in Prattville now.

I have been going to Gracie for facials and eyebrow maintenance for a little over a year and she never disappoints! I always have an amazing experience with her, she is the best.

Eventually I will work up the courage to get my hair done here and I will be adding to this review once I do so.

I usually see Paige for my waxing appointments, but occasionally I see Gracie due to my schedule conflicts here and there. I cannot recommend either of them enough. I will come to see either of them until we are forced to move with my husband’s AD orders years from now. They both are very funny and sweet—have great conversations with them when I see them. It really is like seeing an old friend every time I got to my appointments! They do really amazing jobs and honestly, gives the best waxings I’ve ever had. Absolutely no pain. Go see either of them!!

As for hair, I cannot recommend Krista enough! She is the sweetest person and really strives to give you exactly what you want! She puts her heart into her work and does such a beautiful job! Not only do you get a great hair experience, but you get a very encouraging stylist that will uplift you in the moments that you spend in her chair! When you walk into Indulgence for services, you leave with new friends!

Ivey Rae did amazing full highlights, cut and style. She is really sweet and knows hair. She listened carefully to know what I wanted and delivered. I enjoyed picking her brain on all sorts of cosmetology topics.
I’ve had sloppy highlights at other salons, but Ivey Rae was very thorough and the highlights are close to my scalp. Highly recommend!

It was everything I had hoped for and more. I highly recommend this salon for not only the excellent work that they provide, but also because you will be leaving there feeling just as good as you look! The service and hospitality that they provide is beyond spectacular and in my opinion unmatchable. The woman that did my hair was phenomenal and is greatly appreciated. This establishment is a true city GEM.
