Horrible like how are you a hair store but you don’t have no prices on the hair nothing and then when a customer asked you like hey you guys should put prices on here you want to get a attitude horrible customer service wish I could give no stars

Had a unused return, as my daughter did not need the hair. Clerk on duty called her boss and denied my request for a refund. I think that businesses should honor a return that was NOT used and in great condition.b

The store is cute and clean. They have nice clothes, synthetic wigs and decent amount of inventory. I didn't see any human hair tho. To the owner: if you get some human hair wigs and bundles you will have hundreds of customers from Maricopa and casa grande. A lot of black women moving here daily!

Not informative, don't know if it was a bad store day, it was hot inside, no lights. The young man inside really was no help. My husband asked if there was someone there that could give more advice, the young man said no you'll never see the owner here. Well, you'll probably not see me again.

Literally the WORST beauty supply I don't even know how they are still in business. They NEVER answer the phone and everything you go when they say "open" they're always closed.
