Great selection, but did not make a single purchase in the store. I had my arms full of souvenirs for my family, but after seeing how the manager treated a family with a young child, I will never return. It is NOT hard to be kind, and it is NOT hard to be a decent human being. Saying “I don’t mean to be rude” followed by harassing a young mother is exactly that - RUDE. There are plenty of other stores with better prices and BETTER employees. Do not go here. Do not support this type of behavior.

Was incredibly disheartened to witness a very rude interaction between the manager & a young mom & her sweet son in his stroller. I immediately put all of our purchases back & left the store. We will not return to this store again, there are alot of options without supporting rude employees/employers.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Came to write a review after a store visit that left a sour taste in my mouth because of such unfriendly staff and saw similar themes to other google reviews. Not surprised. Great selection of goods but just buy on the mountain or hoback sports people are friendly there at least.

I selected an item from the sale section and it rang through at full price. I questioned this and mentioned the item was from the sale section. The staff went to verify this and told me that I was wrong and must have put the discount sticker there myself. The whole exchange was bizarre and stand-offish. Not returning and hope no one does until their staff get a reality check or a class in customer service.

So my employer arranged a team bonding trip. This area was absolutely breathtaking! I really enjoyed myself and I want to go back. ❤️❤️❤️ The zip lining was amazing, the ski ride was super scary lol 😂 but it was on of the best experiences I’ve been exposed to.

Pretensious "locals" have made not only this store but most of the town unbearable. Their unsavory attitude is dwarfed by their apparent opinion that you do not belong in the community that they have lived in for a Whole 5 years after escaping Long beach California. While Jackson hole remains a beautiful example of Wyoming. Just skip right over this town. And especially this store. Go to Cody and save yourself some time.

Nice store, had a huge selection of product. Everyone was helpful, pleasant to deal with. If your a visitor like us, you will find plenty of great stuff to bring home.
