From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere perfectly captured the serene and harmonious Zen-inspired Japanese aesthetic. Having visited Japan before, I initially approached this place with some hesitation, but I was immediately won over by the welcoming ambiance. The staff excel in greeting guests warmly and ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease. They thoughtfully guide you through every step of your chosen service and offer complimentary tea (the lemongrass blend is a standout!).

There’s also an option for a complimentary foot soak if you arrive a bit early. Although I didn’t have time to enjoy it on this visit, the designated area looked incredibly tranquil and inviting.

I opted for the Thermal Muscle Melt Massage, and it was, without question, the best massage I’ve ever had. My massage therapist was kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring my specific needs were addressed, including accommodating an injury with exceptional care.

Post-massage, there’s a serene relaxation room where you can unwind, sip more tea, or simply enjoy the peaceful setting. The experience from start to finish was outstanding, and I can’t wait to return soon!

This is my favorite facial spa, in the world! And I have the credentials to say that as I’ve traveled to over 20 countries.

Every time I visit Denver I come to Jalan. Every facial is absolute perfection and I always leave with glowing skin and fully relaxed. Their space is beautiful and clean. Every employee is kind and attentive. Their products are high end and amazing for your skin.

Talia was my aesthetician this time and i highly recommend her!

If you’re in Denver make sure to come here. You will not regret it.

I had the one hour signature massage with Frankie. Both it and she were amazing. And I loved the complimentary foot-soak and lemongrass tea just prior to the massage. The place is so clean, smells fresh and gives the feeling of Zen throughout the stay. Highly recommended in all regards.

I want to love Jalan SO BADLY because the atmosphere is absolutely heavenly, but unfortunately I've never enjoyed my treatments here. I've gotten a facial, a cranial tension release massage, and a Thai poultice massage, and each time the treatments left me disappointed & regretful that I spent so much money. The facial felt rough & brusque, and the esthetician was chatting at me the entire time. I also felt like she was trying hard to sell me products when I was just trying to relax. The cranial tension release massage was a tad more enjoyable, but it was also pretty rough and the masseuse put SUPER hot stones on my neck and never checked in with me. Lastly, the Thai poultice massage left a lot to be desired. It felt like someone was just dabbing a towel up & down my body.

I will say the foot bath feature is super nice, the receptionists are always kind & helpful, and I love the tea they serve. Perhaps I've just gotten really unlucky with my services 😅. I probably won't come here again because it is pricey and I've never had a satisfying treatment.

Super mixed feelings about this place. The atmosphere/environment is lovely and tranquil. Appreciated the waiting area and the complimentary foot soak.

Yesterday I received a facial and a lash lift/tint. The facial was amazing. The products felt great and my skin still looks and feels good 24 hours later. The lash lift/tint was super disappointing. She didn’t show it to me before I left which I found unusual but whatever. But there’s quite literally no lift. The tint is good, not great, but the lift is nonexistent. I’m attaching pictures to show how flat my lashes are. I get a lift and tint every few months and have never had poor results like this (I usually go elsewhere but wanted to try Jalan out). It’s super disappointing because it wasn’t cheap but also because I got it done for family photos this week and now I can’t get a true lift before then.

I think maybe this place just wasn’t the place to go for lashes but I’m pretty bummed I wasted my money and that my lashes won’t be lifted for my pictures.

I might recommend this place for a facial as that part was lovely. No pressure to buy the products they used/recommended which I appreciate.

Of note, I initially booked online for both services. I noticed a couple of days before my appointment they had my lashes scheduled before my facial, done by two separate people so scheduling order would’ve been an issue. Had I not noticed or known the facial should be first, this could’ve been problematic.

A nice place and facial but I’m just not sure I’ll return.

I visited last night and I had the best facial I’ve ever had! Overall a peaceful and wonderful experience. We had tea and soaked our feet while we waited. The girl that did my facial was absolutely amazing. I wish I could remember her name. You could tell she really knew was she was doing. She knew so much about skin and gave great recommendations. Everyone working there was so nice and welcoming. A plus was the tea there it was the best tea I ever had too! I will definitely be back. My skin is glowing. Thank you!

I love Jalan! I see Sophia for my facials and I always have a great experience. My skin has never looked and felt so good. She is so experienced in skin care, making me feel relaxed and educates me on skin care routine at home. Also her scalp massage always puts me to sleep. I recommend seeing Sophia for any skin care you need!
