Nice shop!! Very clean, and very organized, which I enjoyed very much!! I went in to get hair glue, and they were out!! Apparently, I was 20min to late, which was fine I understand, and I'm not mad!! But dang it. Lol. I am kinda upset with the cashier, she let me get the wrong hair color, for my extensions.. like she knew... she had to have known. But she was a great lady, sweet, helpful except for that, but she was overall pretty good. Great location, very catchy!! And very roomy inside. Need hair things, it relatively priced as wel!!

Walked into the store to look for braiding hair. I was greeted professionally, by the owner I believe of the establishment. The aisles were spacious, stock were neatly visible on the shelves and walls. I purchases 6 braiding bundles of synthetic hair. The price point was fair.

This area definitely needed a new hair store with the latest hair care products, different brands, different textures/styles/lengths/colors of weaves & wigs. The cashier/manager, was very polite & she was exceptionally knowledgeable about products in the store as well as very attentive & helpful. The future seems very bright at Jana's. Can't wait to come back & see the new inventory that's coming soon!!

Very rude and unprofessional. Door locked during business hours so I called once to see if I was at the correct place. When the girl came out of bathroom and unlocked the door she jumped on me as I walked through the door and said “don’t spam the phone”. I had no idea what she was talking about. I’ve never been greeted as a customer so poorly. Poor customer service. Poor attitude. I told her she didn’t have to be so rude and she replied “I think you’re rude.” Would never do business there.

Went to store saw 2 wigs I would like to see. Was told I could not try on wigs. How can you see if they fit or look good on you if you can't try them on. I just left.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. They had exactly what I needed (developer), and I love that I don't have to go all the way to Barboursville anymore. Highly recommend!

The lady and there she was really nice she helped me out a lot they just opened so don't expect to have every single thing she still working on getting some stuff there's a lot of stuff that's on backorder which of course we all know this I like her she's really nice she helped me out I was able to grab something and I had a great time there I will definitely will be going back
