**A Transformational Experience at Jasmine on Earth**

I had the incredible opportunity to experience a sound bath at Jasmine on Earth, and it was nothing short of life-changing. I honestly had no idea that sound could have such a profound impact on the mind and spirit. The sound bath itself was so deeply relaxing, and it felt like it truly reset my busy mind—something I didn’t even realize I desperately needed.

But that was just the beginning. After that first experience, I was completely hooked and decided to explore energy work with Jasmine. What I discovered was both surprising and powerful: I had been unknowingly carrying so much trauma from my inner child. Through the healing work we did together, I was able to address these long-buried wounds, and the shifts in my life have been nothing short of quantum.

Since then, I’ve noticed myself showing up in the world with much more confidence and a stronger sense of self. I feel more in tune with who I am and more grounded in my purpose. I’ve also had the privilege of participating in sacred plant ceremonies with Jasmine, and they’ve played an integral role in my ongoing journey to come home to myself.
