The wigs are to expensive! Buying wigs online is 50% of the price that this place charges. The staff is kind. They have constant sales but still manage to sell products that are too expensive. I paid nearly $50 for a wig just to find out that same wig cost $20.99 online!

Service is nice. Owner has always been friendly and helpful. The only thing is the Inventory has decreased. Since this is the only beauty supply that caters to black hair products, It would be nice to have more options on wigs, weaving/braiding hair, synthetic/human and product like back in the day.

Horrible experience. There was a young lady behind the counter helping me with the clippers. She was being very helpful as I really didn't know what I was looking for. Out of nowhere a Asian man came behind the counter(which I'm hoping was the owner) snatched the clippers out of the employee's hand. She had the most confused look on her face. Probably even more confused than me. He proceeded to unwrap the packaging on the clippers. In my mind I thought I was getting the best help ever. As he is done unwrapping the clippers he hands me the Box and tells my wife I know you come here a lot but, due to certain circumstances we can only allow you to see the box. Very unpleasant in my opinion. I wasn't there to buy a box. I felt so bad for the employee, she had no ideal what was going on. Me and my family will NEVER spend a dime at this place again. Do yourself a favor and pass if you are African-American. You can feel the discrimination.

Very nice and organized. The owner is very sweet, I had purchased a few things from time to time, including packs of extensions. Some times the quality of the hair brand varies, but I'm not sure if that is something that the store should get blamed for or the manufacturer providing the inventory.

I love this place for anything beauty related. They have a variety of hair color, hair products/supplies, makeup, nail supplies, etc. It's even got a hair salon in there It's not that big of a store but it's big enough to not feel overwhelming. Prices are good, it's clean and the staff is friendly and they have great customer service skills.
