Went to JCPenney in Yuba City to send my jewelry to get fixed and the jewelry manager was not she didn't want to change the phone number on some of plan I had on them. When I told her that she can she still refused
I then told her that I used to work for the company and she then said well you don't anymore and still didn't help me and went to next person .I even asked for a different person to help me.she just didn't want to listen.
