HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! One of the girls was so rude. Ridiculous behavior! Thank God the girl with red hair was there and was so sweet and helpful ! But I will never come back.

The store is always put together. I’m greeted every time I go. The employees are very nice and helpful. Also the products I want or need are always available. Prices are great and business hours are too.

I felt like the women their are to critical and destructive, evil and of another race maturity and i was sicken by some illegal weapon that injuried my body..........it is obvious i am not wanted or needed or seen as a fragile being ......... In this self esteem encounter!

they have a good variety of products, but horrible customer service. i feel like if they care that much about the wigs they should put them in the back or behind the counter instead of harassing the customers and following them around. i went in there twice at different times to look at wigs and the lady literally sat there and was staring me down and then when i moved down the aisle she followed me whilst on the other aisle. the other time, i was browsing for one and i went towards the back wall and she dang near sprinted on the other aisle and came on the aisle i was on and said she needed to get something out the back but didn’t even go to the back and just stood in front of the door, then proceeded to follow me to the front. if they were friendly and was actually genuine about helping, it’d be a totally different thing

They have a lot of stuff and it makes it hard to move around.
