Great customer service and a wide variety of products. Seriously, they carry plant-based feminine hygiene products! How awesome is that? They had everything I needed and it was nice to feel valued and seen. Their motto is “You’re the best thing that ever happened” and I truly felt it. I will be back for my hair care and beauty needs.

The owner of JoJo's Beauty Supply, Crystal, is so nice and welcoming, along with her staff!! After answering a few questions about your hair type, she is able to recommend products that will work best, along with information of how to use the product. If she doesn't have the product you need, don't hesitate to ask/request/share your need with Crystal. In turn, she will try her best to offer a temporary product, and place an order for your desired product. Such great customer service!!!

The owner was very welcoming. She is very knowledgeable and attentive. She sales a lot of natural products that are rare to find in local stores. If she does not have something you are looking for she will get it. I will shop there for my beauty supply needs from now on.

Every time I walk in I'm greeted with a smile!
The owner and staff are super nice and knowledgeable! If you are looking for a product that they don't have you can put suggestions in the suggestion box and she'll get the products you're looking for! The owner truly cares about your needs and not just the money.

I didn't like the fact that before I can get half way to the door that they stopped me and asked if we had a mask. I said no. I asked do you guys have some and she goes for sale. She volunteered to shop around for me. My response was no I can go somewhere else. The fact of this shop being one of not many African American shop in this area she could have been more considerate that we already walk all the way from the car to find this shop in the cut , in back of the shopping center then you want to turn us around because no mask. It's not mandatory anymore on top of that I'm VACCINATED...
ANYhow I tooked my money else where and was able to shop without being stopped before I reached the door without a mask.
