LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Joy's candle workshop was s00000000 much FUN!!!!
I've been eyes her business since February. Finally got the opportunity for a little girl time and scheduled some candle making time. I invited my sister and one of my good friend to join me and it was the perfect month to go since it was FRIENDS themed.
Scheduling is easy via her website. She has many dates and times available (60mins per session). Each month is a different theme. Her shop is easy to find. Located on the side of Tioga sequoia brewery inside Sun Stereo Warehouse. Street parking available. Small and beautiful interior, very calming and comfortable vibes. During our workshop it was our group of 3 and another group of 4 it was nice and intimate. Joy is very kind and sweet. She walked us through the whole process and she was very patient. She had so many different fragrance oils, you can mix and she would also tell you if they went together.
Themed trinkets and dried flowers to decorate your candle, everything was laid out. I loved all the themed decorations everything was so cute. She really put some thought into her workshops. She gave us complimentary macarons and they were delicious.
I've never made a candle before it was a different,
, fun and relaxing experience. I loved how our candles turned out. It smelled good and they all came out so beautiful. Highly recommend!

I had the joy of signing up for a candle making class after seeing a post on Instagram. Very chill atmosphere where you can relax to any scent you pick out. I'd love to go again and see the different setups for each month ❤️

Such a wonderful experience and so unique from the things to do here in Fresno. Definitely great for a date night or girls night. I will actually be taking my daughter here for a mother daughter date. Joy made everything so fun and was such a great host!

This was a very unique experience! Making your own candle with friends. You're given a tray with everything you'll need for your candle and you are given instructions on how to complete each step. I enjoyed picking my candle's scent and decorating it with dried flowers. Each month or so offers a new theme. Your group gets drinks included in the price. What a beautiful experience. The small and every detail was amazing. It’s absolutely worth every cent. The love and passion put into this place and the candle making is huge. You can see how much it means to the owner.
The only thing is you need to be patient and wait a few minutes now and then for the wax, for the wax to cool down but other than that it was a great experience.

Each month is a different theme. I went on Feb Valentines Day month.
