Love their massages! Not your chain massage place that does a “routine” when you book a massage. These ladies find the problem and fix it.
They’ve gotten a little busier over the past year, so I always call them first. 9 times out of 10, I’ve been told to come right in, but always given same-day appointment if they can’t see me right away!

My coworker have given me a gift card for my birthday. I called and scheduled an appointment on mothers day for 1 hour combo (body and feet massage). When I entered the establishment. My greeting was "Do you have an appointment ". I said yes! "Whats your telephone number?" In my mind, i thought this is my first time here and this is Not a good welcoming. I gave Susan my number then she proceeded to help the couple
that was before me. Then she walked over with a form to fill out. After filling out the form I returned it to her and then asked is the water is complimentary she stated you can have one. What about offering your customers water for their supposedly relaxing massage. She then walked over said you can follow me. But we didn't know who she was talking too. When I realize it was me I followed her to a room she said u can go in there. Im like ok do I close the door. She looked at me like she was surprised I asked the question. I told her this was my first time here so I wasn't sure how they do things here. Most places explain hey the masseuse will be in shortly, etc. The masseuse came in and started my massage. No talking, she didnt make sure what I am getting. She only asked if I wanted cbd or essential oil for $10 extra. She massage my body and not my feet. So afterwards I told her I sign up for the combo she said oh she didn't tell me and walked out. She didn't say I'll be back let me check with the front desk. So I waited to see if she was going come back. She never came back so I eventually got dressed. By the time I got to the front desk they was already putting someone else in the same room. I hope they change the linens. Susan said "she said you was suppose to get the combo, but they only booked you for the full body". I asked to speak with a manager. She attempted to call someone with no answer. She didn't try to fix anything. When I stated can I get the foot massage she quickly said "we can't we booked". She proceeded to ask me to pay for the service. I gave her the gift card which wasnt the full amount for the service she asked for the remainder when I stated I shouldn't have to pay for a service I didn't receive. She kept my gift card and wrote my number down saying the manager will call me. I have not gotten a call to apologize for my bad experience or anything. When I told my coworker she already knew who I was talking about at the front desk. She is rude and not professional. I will never return to this location. What a bad mothers day experience 😑

Ok, I've written a pile of reviews, and actually took a break from it, but this one needs to be shared
this is based on a couples 1 hr. massage

first the good,
Place was clean, and the rooms seemed to be set up properly, linen was fresh and the beds seemed comfortable enough
Staff was friendly, and seemingly efficient. as we had a 12:15 appointment, and as soon as we had the paperwork complete we were quickly ushered into our room.

The Eh, neither of our therapist seemed to have a full understanding of therapeutic massage. with no real consistency from one side to the other, and rubbing on areas I've never had "Rubber" like where my watch band goes.

The bad
My wife asked for pressure, and was treated to what equated to the softest massage she's ever had and left her disappointed, and not willing to return. While she did relax a little she felt like she paid for something that she didn't receive . As for me, I was very uncomfortable. The woman taking care of me kept digging her pointy elbow into my spine, Not the muscle, the BONE, and today I'm in such pain I've had to miss work. My neck is killing me, my back feels like I've been a car wreck, and my right hip is so enflamed I'm considering seeing the Doctor.

Then there is the things I feel like are red flags

As many massages as my wife and I have had, I've never not been offered a bottle of water following a massage, and this is to help prevent Rabdo, (or how ever you spell it) also They do in fact TIP PUSH, there is even a metric list on the counter to tell you how to tip, which we did.

I would say for the money, find a better location. This one seems like the Mc Donald's of Massage

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Both massueses for my husband and I were attentative to our problem areas. Extremely friendly and helpful with explaining the options they offer. The rooms are nice and private. Peaceful music plays throughout the session. Will definitely be returning.
