Wow Im glad we saw the reviews before ordering was wondering why so many seed companies had the same address. Im guessing its because of there poor service and bad plants. I personally like ordering live plants from azure standard, fedco seed, harris seed, and johnny select seed co. Was hoping for somewhere closer but atleast my plants have alway survived and they come from the other side of the country from us.

They shipped me a clearly dead bare root fruit tree, which I dutifully pampered all summer while they told me it was normal for no growth to be happening 2 months after planting. The small growth that finally did come is below the graft, and I highly doubt it will come back next year at all. The other 2 trees doubled in size in that time.
Did they make this right? No, they literally mocked me via email instead. Seriously. These are bizarrely confrontational people, and their replacement policy is a lie.

Don’t buy sight unseen from Jung, you will regret it sooner or later.

Update: that tree died hard, and despite my ask, Lori from Jung has never responded to my request for a credit.

I bought several mail order bare root roses last year. 5 didn't survive at all. 2 more died over the winter. Their stock is extremely weak. We planted more than 40 roses all survived but the poor stock from this place. I requested a refund but only got a so called credit. When 7 out of 10 plants die I certainly won't be buying from this place EVER again. I want my money back.

Contacted via messenger whether they carried a certain plant at any of their garden centers. Received a reply that inventory changes too frequently to keep track...saying to visit the store. Traveled 30 minutes to check out the center. It took a good while to get the gentleman's attention outside. I asked if he had the plant I was looking for. He looked at me and said "no", and turned away. Made to feel like a nuisance.
I can understand if a plant is out of stock but I would think both the FB messenger responder or customer service at the store could say more will come in, or that they never carry it. I shopped around a bit since I made the drive. No one seemed willing to greet or help, inside or out. They do have nice looking plants and garden accessories but the prices are outrageous. I will stick with our Amish neighbors' nurseries. They may not carry everything but they have excellent customer service and they have amazing prices.

The selection here is incredible, and the prices are very reasonable. Well worth driving out of your way to shop there. If you have any gardening questions the staff is happy to pass on their experience based knowledge.

No customer service at at all,spent 600 dollars on fruit trees that arrived unannounced and in terrible shape,the person on the phone said they could not take them back,we bought almost 1000 dollars of fruit trees from another company and they were of way better quality,seems they don't care once they have your money place has gone down hill badly

Awesome place to get your gardening supplies wide selection of products both live and seeds. Also tons of other products from bird feeders to greenhouses. They also have a wide selection in their catalogs. I am glad we are fortunate to live so close to a place like this.

Don't bother. First, about a year ago, placed an order online, got confirmation, then nothing, no order, no cancellation, nothing.
Then I moved and thought it's so nice to have a garden center actually close to home. Called first looking for mulch, told yes, they have it. 30 min later, at the store, no mulch. After looking, asked worker who pointed, it's over there. After stating already having looked, the worker pointed again, it took persisting to get the worker to actually walk over to say, oh yep, we're out.... Too bad really, could have been nice.
