Kris squeezed me in for a bang trim, when my schedule unexpectedly opened up. She did a great job and I'm very pleased

I went in for a trim and left with at least 5inches less hair than what I walked in the salon with. I specifically said I didn't feel comfortable loosing my than 2inches of length. The stylist assigned to me struggled to make my hair even and resulted in more and more length being lost. I paid for the full service, but left near in tears.

My friend called my crying about her hair cut she received from this salon. The hair cut that was asked for was no where near what she was given. Her hair was two different lengths on each side and overall choppy. When asking for a refund for the cut she was only offered half. The hair cut that she asked for was an easy task and she left with choppy front layers. After reading the reviews this seems like a reoccurring trend among other people.

Scheduling the appointment was very smooth and easy. My appointment was at 8:00am. I got here a little early and so I waited patiently. 8 o’clock comes and goes, no other signs of a car in the parking lot, doors locked, lights off, no one answering the phone. Getting frustrated, I decide to wait and see what happens. 8:20am a car comes barrelling into the lot, parks, and a lady with purple hair runs out of her car to the building. I’m sorry, but if you have to whip in to work late to my appointment, I am not going to trust you to cut my hair.

Was having a stressful prolonged vacation. Had to stay for a funeral. Was tired and needed a release. The stylist was kind and the atmosphere was great. I also left feeling beautiful! Everyone commented that I looked great! Really helpful in a hard time❤

I've been coming to Just a Hair More since it opened. And I've had Chris cut my hair before they opened Just a Hair More. So I've had Chris cut my hair for many, many years. The staff is friendly, their costs are reasonable and I like the way Chris cuts my hair.

My mom got her hair cut and highlighted here. The lady who did her hair completely RUINED IT. My mom wanted a very light blonde and it turned VERY yellow and spotty, when my mom mentioned it to the lady, her response was "oh don't worry no one will notice it!!" also her hair is completely damaged and the hair cut looks absolutely horrible and is crooked. Also the lady who did her hair made remarks about hoping her hair wouldn't fall out because of the level of bleach she used on it. The hair cut turned out nothing like my mom wanted and now her hair is damaged even after they cut 5 inches off. I could not believe the horrible job they did on her hair. Do yourself a favor save your money and go somewhere else!

I have been going to Just A Hair since before they opened and they were part of the strip mall. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
