Kay spa is one of the best bodywork establishments in South Bay. Clean, well maintained and easy to schedule appointments here. All the therapists here are highly capable and professional. I have had experience with Kay and she is one of the best therapists in the area. They are very attentive and listen to the client's needs and cater their treatment to address the issues the customer is facing. I have tried Swedish and some deep tissue and was very satisfied with the service provided.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I have to bc of such a bad experience.

I scheduled a couple's massage appointment via text to surprise my husband for his birthday (on Sunday). However, when we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 20 minutes, only to be told that they had cancelled our appointment. They explained that they had tried to confirm it the day before but couldn't reach anyone, claiming they had dialed the wrong number. I had clearly included my phone number in the text, so they could have easily double-checked. I booked it on Tuesday, and they never said it was confirmed, so I even followed up with them on Wednesday to make sure we were good to go.

We ended up leaving, and it completely ruined my husband’s birthday plans. Also, not mentioning I took my time to do all research and decided to give it a try because of your good reviews. Now, it went for nothing. This is our first also last time we are here. We will NEVER return to this place.
