My experience today was with Stephanie & Brook.
Brook welcomed me back and explained what Stephanie was going to be doing being it was my first appointment with her. Previous stylist was no longer working there. The communication was excellent which meant a lot to me.
I left with happy tears. They are both so knowledgeable and I have never left a hair appointment feeling so awesome and super happy! My hair looks healthy and I love the shine.
I am definitely going all Aveda products which are 25% off until the 15th of this month. Shine baby Shine!! Love it! Thanks again Brook & Stephanie!

I prefer going to AVEDA salons because I am really familiar with their brand, products, mission, and general vibe. My stylist Mellissa was great! I came in with a crazy DIY up-keep hack job and she turned it OUT. She listened to my concerns, and asked questions during the process to confirm any big cuts (this mop was a wreck y'all) and I am really happy with the end result. My hair looks and feels so good and it was a pleasant experience.

I recently moved from FL and was looking for a new stylist. I went on google and found this gem. Today was my second appointment with Shelby. She was phenomenal from day one. I have a ton of hair and when I say ton I mean 5 people’s heads of hair on my head. She has cut my hair and highlighted my hair. Her highlights are beautiful. She also does not rush through my hair. If you are like me and you’re looking for a stylist and reading through these reviews deciding if you’re going to book or not just go for it. You will not be sorry.

I had an appointment at 11:15 am for a consultation. I am from out of town and had to Uber. I got to the salon 10 min early and it took 5 min before the receptionist checked me in.I was in the waiting area for 40 min. Nobody said a word. It was supposed to be a 20 min appt. I decided to leave .... walking to collect an Uber somewhere that might notice me.
I never received a call, a text or any communication after that. But yet I received a review as though I had a service completed. I received absolutely nothing. This could have been my new hair salon but I cannot recommend it.

Absolutely love this salon and the team that works here! Shelby has been taking care of me for years and her highlights are stunning. We've done a lot of work to my hair, but it's healthier than ever thanks to her expertise. I highly recommend Kaleidoscope!
