I had an amazing first experience at Kanna Spa! From the moment I walked in, Tiffany was extremely friendly and welcoming, making a great first impression. As it was my first visit, she ensured I felt completely comfortable by guiding me through the paperwork and asking thoughtful questions about my preferences,

I found this part especially helpful since I was feeling quite anxious. her breathwork session, combined with the massage, helped alleviate so much of that anxiety—I left feeling refreshed, extremely relaxed, less tense and like a completely different person. I even appreciated this little education here and there .It was truly a transformative experience for my first-ever massage. I truly felt taken care of, and every need was met for what I came in for and they went over the top!
From calling in on the phone, the friny desk was extremely friendly, working around my schedule and accommodating what I needed was truly a pleasant experience. Even more pleasant when I got there.

What stood out to me even more was their genuine care for their clients. They even accommodated me outside of their regular schedule, which I deeply appreciate. I highly recommend Kanna Spa and will definitely be returning. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

And Tiffany was a great massage therapist, and I was just so happy that I got her, and very lucky because she was very good And I couldn't have got anyone any better, She Incorporated breath work, just to customize my experience which I'm truly grateful for. I came here once before about 8 years ago for a massage. I don’t know why I remembered they had prenatal massage but I did. Fast forward to now, I’m pregnant with my first and she is killing my sciatica!
There is only one therapist that does prenatal massage and she is pure MAGIC!
Upon arrival, the check in sheet is thorough so you are guaranteed to receive the type of service you prefer. I love massage therapy and as a preschool teacher of 16 years, rely on self care to keep me going. Dacy is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had! This was my third time back and this last massage included many firsts. First, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! I’ve never felt so relaxed. Second, no one has ever been able to touch/massage my feet. I am wayyyyy too ticklish and natural body movements kick in… literally. I can’t control my legs and feet and someone is bound to get hurt. Lastly, I was bit by a dog and have nerve damage from the injury. It is painful when touched certain ways. Not for Dacy, she was able to work the damaged tissue without pain and now I have more range of motion with that muscle tissue. She is able to pin point problem spots and use just the right amount of pressure to help relax and relieve pain. A combination of targeted muscle work with a full body work up. AMAZING!!! Dacy, thank you for being this pregnant mama’s savior!!

Kanna Spa always delivers a luxurious and healing experience. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable and skilled and the add on services like the infrared sauna, hot stones, etc complete the perfect spa experience. My recent massage with Melody was amazing. She helped me with a few exercise related strains and gave me good feedback and advice for home care.

I recently booked an appointment at Kanna Spa with Jenny, and I must say, it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had at a spa. Starting days before the actual appointment, in all call and text correspondences leading up to my visit, Jenny was constantly asking for gratuities and it was extremely off-putting. It made me feel like the focus was on getting a tip, rather than providing a relaxing and enjoyable massage experience. This type of behavior is unprofessional and takes away from the overall atmosphere of a spa. I do not recommend booking an appointment with Jenny and would advise others to look for a different provider who is more focused on providing a high-quality service rather than constantly seeking gratuities.

Lindsay at the front desk was so accommodating and nice! Making an appointment over the phone was easy. Day of comes and was told to come 15 minutes early as I was a new client well I came 15 mins early and the door was locked. Odd since I knew there was an appointment before mine. I walked around the back because maybe there was another entrance. There wasn't, I come back and call the spa. Lady picks up and says she will text them but also tells me my appointment isn't for another hour which was incorrect and kept trying to fight me on it. Finally she apologizes and was like oh I was looking at the wrong thing you are correct. Not a great start for me. Finally Lindsay comes out from another suite to let us in. Things go good until we get out of the sauna, we were told there would be cold towels there were not. Then its time for the massage. Jose was super knowledgable
and gave me a lot of tips and tricks, my body felt greay but my mind was not relaxed after that massage as he talked the entire time. Well I had paid for cupping and never recieved that service during the massage. I had to say something to Linsday where she goes to ask Jose about this. Jose comes and tells me my only options were to do it right now or they will comp it next time. At this point in time I did not really wanna come back here. I agreed to get the cupping done right then as I had never done it before and wanted to experience it. Well the cupping was amazing! My favorite part of the day. I was so relaxed after it was done like a million times more then that massage realxed me. I would do cupping again. Also in our package we got 10 mins on the vibration plate. Ladies if anyone ever puts an intensity of 1 on that thing for you just bump it up. You should never be at a 1 beginner or not. Its supposed to feel like your legs are itchy because its moving all that stagnant fluid around. They ended up comping us the vibration plate $15 for the inconviences we endured of me not getting cupping done during my massage. Honestly it wasn't the greatest first experience and because of that I am hesistant to ever go back.

Update since I haven't visited in a while, it's been years since covid and yet the receptionist was asking me if I was vaccinated to get a simple facial, or if I could get a test done before coming .. if I was to go thru that much effort to relax I might as well go somewhere else. Furthermore my health history none of your business! And this is actually found to be illegal now as it is basically a form of discrimination. We spoke for way too long just to make a simple appointment. After that it was a whole thing with my credit cards and asked again and again whether the credit card I already had on file was valid.. can we figure it out when we get there? She said I "had" to give updated CC info before booking and that they would charge me while I was in the appointment. Very confusing why any of these policies exist.... Especially with just a phone appointment. None of these things happened and when I asked in person if I could pay in cash if I wished she said yes. So that whole experience was way more confusing and complicated thanto be because of the receptionist who answered my call

Another update. I don't think I'll be coming back service and quality has dropped way below the price point.
They are very kind and very relaxing but I need more than that when I pay that much.

Quick update to my review. - I had a new to me therapist yesterday since my normal one below is no longer there and so I had Grace, she’s also amazing! I have super tight hips and she did this stretch that really opened up my hips and back! Thanks for the recommendation Jenny!

I’ve been coming here for years and started back some months ago after Covid. Everyone and all the services are amazing! I use Suyen as my massage therapist and she really helps me with my recent shoulder surgery! I’m so happy that she can help with my pain relief! Thank you!
