I placed an order on 7/1. I received an email that my order had shipped on 7/5, yet tracking continues to say that a label was created but not yet received by the post office and today is 7/12. I have emailed them 3 times to find out what’s going on and have never received a reply back. This order is just going from Los Angeles to Orange County, so once it was mailed, I should have received it in a couple of days. Their prices may be good, but the customer service is nonexistent. It’s not even the length of time it’s taking to receive the order that bothers me, it’s the lack of response.

Ordered products from this company in early February and haven’t received the items yet (3/2/20). Called customer service and was promised my order would be expedited quickly and again I’m still waiting and it shows a shipping label has been produced but items have not left yet.

I have a storefront wouldn’t want to give my business to these Korean own RUDE RACIST people. they treated me like I was nothing and told me to go on eBay and order there products because they don’t have time to waste.
