Came in on a busy Saturday. At first it was a little chaotic and all the employees were engaged with others so I took a lap. As soon as I saw one no longer busy I went up and asked my long shot question - do you have anything in a 7-7/8. It is an impossibility for me to find a hat in my size. What I end up doing is getting a 7-5/8 and then steaming and using a hat stretcher and it ends up looking like hot garbage. I just got some inheritance money so I was ready to get a hat made to fit my enormous head. The guy that ended up working with me Mark jumped right into the back and brought out 3 options including their last 8. Turns out that's what I needed. We talked about what kind of bend I wanted and he shaped it right away. We looked at the crown and I went with the modern pinch style. We went on to bands and he showed me some vintage horse lead leather bands and I was sold. Then we went to feathers and I have always put turkey feathers in my hats and they had two varieties so I went with both. I am over the moon with my hat. It fits perfect, it looks great, and honestly it's a confidence booster. I love how rugged they are and weather proof. I went a little simpler than a lot of hats you see coming out of there but they tailored the experience to me. It was perfect.

This store is beautifully curated. One person I was with bought a hat and it was fun to see all the customizations you can choose to embellish it. The sales associates were friendly and not pushy at all. Even though I didn't buy anything, it was a great shop to browse around in!
