Kiehl's Since 1851

Love Kiehl's! Their products are so good. I finally stopped getting acne with their calendula face wash. I've tried literally hundreds of brands, and they did not work. I just bought their magic elixir for my beard, TikTok says it's good. We'll see how it goes. Customer service at every Kiehl's is phenomenal. Can't complain.

Have used Kiehls for years. Great products. Service at Cerritos has always been wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and help you as an individual based on your needs.

Worst customer service. I have been using kiels for last 3 years and loved their product. I bought lip balm for $10 and found it was broken; came back to return it and lady was so rude. Normally staff is so friendly in this store. She did not helped to find the replacement for same price range; and on top of that showed attitude because I’m returning it. Not expected this from Kiels at all. I’m not coming here anymore. 12/9/22 at 5:35pm

Damn, I'm sexy! Is it............ -my long, flowing, perfectly quaffed hair? -the 1 1/2 gallons of bronzer I apply daily? -the 3 dozen body piercings? * my Prince Albert is more like a Prince Al :( * -my derriere like a water buffalo? Well, unbeknownst to most people, it's actually hard work looking sexy. I have to make sure I drink plenty of water, I have to hit the gym & I need beauty products. Kiehl's Since 1851 recently opened in the Nordstrom Wing of the Los Cerritos Center, next to Pandora. I attended their LifeRide for amfAR Celebration, where guests received 15% off which will be donated to amfAR for AIDS research. Refreshments provided were cake pops & Fiji water Complimentary 20 minute Kiehl's product facials were offered to everyone that attended Lauren drew the short straw and got me- During the facial, she tested my skin. The oil content of my skin was deemed normal, but the moisture content results revealed I was slightly dehydrated. Once the actual factual was underway, I received a quick neck massage, facial acupressure, and applications of calendula herbal extract alcohol-free toner, daytime recovery concentrate, ultra facial cream & powerful-strength line-reducing concentrate, which she said I didn't need ;p Lauren did a wonderful job, promoting their product and humoring me with all the questions I threw at her. Afterwards, I was given free samples of the products used on me. Celebrity riders were in attendance. Most were reality show & soap opera stars, who I'm not familiar with. I was told Gilles Marini would make an appearance, as he does to most Kiehl's events, but I left before he showed up. A few cake pops, Fiji water and 1 desperately needed facial later, I was a happy camper with some beneficial beauty products to take home. Service provided by the staff was superb, especially Lauren. A solid turnout for a great cause Mr. Bones would approve! (see photos) Kieh's Since 1851 provides quality beauty care products at competitive prices. I left impressed with my initial visit and plan to venture in whenever I perchance need more supplies. Highly recommend!

Always great service here. This is my go to spot for gifts if i dont have any ideas. People can always use the stuff they sell here

This is an unusual franchise--This seems to be a store of specialty. You'd think that they specialize in female attire (well, they do!) But to my unbelief, men's attire too!

Always treated with respect at Kiehl's. Good product and good service!
