Placed a delivery order and got a message it was delivered and it was not. Called the store who said they cant help have to go through the app and do Live chat. Live chat told me delivery person said he called us, which they didn't, so he left. Then marked as delivered when it wasn't. It was 15 minutes we had this live chat and they wouldn't send driver back to deliver. They said they would only refund the order. So I wasted my time placing the order. They wasted their time shopping for the order. Now they are going to waste their time putting back the order because it is to inconvenient to come make and do the delivery. So with all the delivery services available, I will cancel my Boost membership and shop somewhere else. For the prices we pay for groceries, no one should have to put up with bad service and lying delivery drivers.

What can I say this is my home store? It's always been an excellent store. I have no complaints. I just wish we could go back to plastic bags. Other than everything else is super awesome. The store has everything together that I think is necessary. I would recommend Give This store and a plus

Nice store with a really large selection. The parking I feel is always bad even when somewhat empty. Also the store feels understaffed quite often in my opinion. But other than those two items the store is certainly the best grocery store in the area.

The pharmacy staff here are terrible. 4+ weeks behind on filling prescriptions. Are we supposed to go without? Standing in line to pickup my prescription and was told to come back since they close for lunch. I’m already here and you are open. Hand me my medication, especially when I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for it. Staff should not be arguing and being hostile towards customers. Store manager was worthless. Whoever the lady is working the pharmacy counter today needs to be fired.

Sadly this King Soopers is going downhill. The staff are generally pretty rude to customers and the meat and cleanliness of the store are pretty gross compared to where it was. I also went a day after Thanksgiving and they had no eggs (but don't worry, the broken eggs were left in the dairy case), no butter and a lot of other items were gone. I get it was a holiday but that was poor planning or perhaps a missed truck? Regardless, the staff was really rude when I asked if they had back stock... Kroger is going downhill in general. Plus, the wifi never works!

I only shop here because it's the closest place to get groceries. This exact location sucks. They are out of stock on sale items a lot of times. Who's doing the ordering? Today, 9-21-24 at around 11 am, I was going to get some hot food items. 3 people back there, and 2 never even looked at me. One with blonde hair looked at me with a side eye while her face was slightly turned to pretend not to see me. I stared into her eyes to get some service, and then she walked away. 😂 Don't work if you don't want to work. The ladies at customer service, though, always get the job done.
