I have increasingly felt uncomfortable visiting this pharmacy due to what seems to be a judgmental attitude toward certain medications and individuals. On several occasions, I’ve overheard conversations between staff members that seemed unprofessional and inappropriate.

For example, I’ve heard opinions about opioids that came across as dismissive and stigmatizing toward those who rely on them for legitimate medical reasons. I also recall comments suggesting that people who use medications like Ozempic are “lazy” for not solely focusing on diet and exercise. These remarks, shared loudly enough for customers to hear, create an environment that feels unwelcoming and judgmental.

This atmosphere makes it difficult to trust that I will be treated with the respect and professionalism I expect when seeking care. I hope this feedback can lead to changes that ensure all customers feel safe and supported.

I’m probably going to start searching for another Pharmacy. In general, they get a 3.5 stars for getting prescriptions done in time and trying to be helpful. I know working in the field is tough but I think professionalism is important when customers are around.

Went to pick up a prescription on Tuesday at 1:01pm… walked up to pharmacy as they were closing for their lunch break. I explained I was racing and my wife needed her meds, bad cold, suffering. 1st clerk looked at me and said sorry lunch, waved her hand dismissively and walked away. Luckily the male tech was kind enough to hand me the prescriptions. When did healthcare STOP being about taking care of people? Left Walgreens same reason. Clerk said it’s the law for pharmacist to take a lunch break. So there’s a law against taking care of people when they’re sick?

Been going to this pharmacy for years now and I cannot praise them enough these pharmacy techs/ pharmacists are on the ball every time they fill orders quick. They ensure that you understand the side effects of the medication. They will work hard to help you as best as they can. And most importantly they ensure you pay the lowest price possible for you’re medication. Maggie, Rob, and Lynn have been my go to pharmacists for over 9 years and I cannot thank them enough for there hard work

Just overall poor attitude! The pharmacist is sloppy and rude. Should never have to feel some type of way about getting your medication …Horrible experience, switching pharmacies immediately!

This place is great! Whenever we need medication for whatever reason the staff members are super friendly and helpful. Anytime I have experience trouble getting/ordering a prescription there is always someone to help me out. I am very grateful for the wonderful service and will certainly be going here in the future when we require a pharmacy.

Absolutely disgusted by the service I just received by the boy and girl working the pharmacy. They first told me that my wife’s medication was waiting on insurance still. So we left and figured out it wasn’t.

I came back and showed them the medication and they told me they have the the brand now. And then they told me how much it was. Once I agreed to the price and asked to pay for it they then told me it wasn’t in stock.

Why is it so hard for my wife to get inhalers to breathe? They did not help what so ever and the boy told me to shut up and stop getting upset. This is absolutely ridiculous and you should be embarrassed to be a pharmacist and pharmacy.

Highly dependent on the pharmacist on duty. I am sure all are fine for filling prescriptions. However, if you need advice past that, they have some new pharmacists which are not helpful and clearly demonstrate a lack of care. My son is out of the country with his school and is having a severe reaction to the Malaria medicine (upwards of six hours of debilitating abdominal pain after taking it). I went in personally to speak to one last night, and called the other on duty today. Both gave me conflicting advise to things that might provide relief, conflicting guidance to the instructions, and when I asked the one on duty last night about the second medicine the doctor had offered (Doxycycline), he advised it doesn't really do much to protect against Malaria. Really? My doctor would have prescribed something that doesn't work? When I said I was desperate for any information that might provide relief because I was afraid my son might stop taking it altogether - his only advice was to tell my son that Malaria will be 10,000 times more painful than the medicine. Sooooo disappointing and not helpful. I have been shopping and getting prescriptions filled here for 18 years and have never needed guidance until now - the lack of caring attitude or attempt to be sincerely helpful was shocking. I will be moving my prescriptions over to Walgreens.
