Wow! Amazing rug gallery and owner. Jeff worked with us to find the perfect rugs for our home. He and his employees brought a selection of rugs to our home and placed them on the floor to allow us to see the total effect of these high quality rugs. We were looking for a fine rug for our cabin in Jackson. The selection at the Kismet rug gallery was excellent and the people(owner) could not have been more accommodating. They delivered the rug the same day it was purchased and even moved to furniture to place the rug: Could not give a recommendation any higher..10 stars?

I have had the best experience dealing with this company especially Quentin! We FaceTimed numerous times to make sure I got the most perfect rugs for home. I bought more than expected! It may sound crazy to take such a risk but living out of state I had no choice. They stand behind their rugs, they shipped quickly and communicated to make sure I got the exact date requested. They went above and beyond for me and I will without a doubt be a return customer!!!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing rugs from Jeff! He was extremely helpful selecting the right rug (by type, color, size and design) for each room and made sure everything was perfectly installed... on a Sunday evening with his sons just so that we could see the rugs in place before leaving town!
