I love this shop. Their new Vernon location is way out of my way compared to their downtown locale, but it is clean and neat and the prices are fantastic. The staff will help you carry items to your car, which is a big bonus. Been a customer for about 6 years now, and no one beats Klover in my book.

If you want to be verbally abused by the owner and his employees go ahead and go there. This business is being ran by incompetent people that disrespect and tell off their paying customers. I asked to get copies of invoice and they stated that they don’t keep track of that. Sounds sketchy and seems to me that they avoid paying their taxes. At the end of the day that’s none of my business but they need to learn customer service skills. Careful with Clara and Carlos! They verbally abuse customers and are extremely aggressive.

I love these candles are the best. They knock out any candles out of competition. I love the oils, great quality. Quality candles and great customer service. I used to buy at other candle shops, but since I discovered Klover, now I am a loyal customer to them. Can't go wrong, great prices and best quality on products. They also have baths, herbs, and soaps. I recommend this place over all candle shops. Small parking lot, but they do have street parking and paid parking for several bucks.

Came here because Nu Botanics/Indio has been short on candles for a long time now so we wanted to check out the other main suppliers in the area.

The prices here are very reasonable and the selection is good, I feel like the screen printing on the candles is much nicer than Indio products as the designs on Klover candles are more interesting and seem to pop out at you more.

The wax filling is just slightly more inconsistent as there can be as much as a 3/4" difference of wax height between candles, it's not a big deal though as most of the candles seem to have either the normal amount of wax and more rather than less.

Definitely will be back again.

Besides getting attacked spiritually, it was a good place to buy candles. I called, talk to Nora the owner and she put the boxes separate until I picked them up. I will be coming back. Thanks Nora
