We bought a hot tub here after moving to the area and we LOVE it. Stephen was VERY helpful and made it very easy; answered tons of questions since this is our first time owning one. They have a wide variety of options from super fancy and high end to more basic budget options. Their prices are competitive. They had the hot tub delivered to our house and got it completely setup for us. They also showed us how to use it and gave us all the chemicals we needed. They have handled any questions that have come up and have continued to be helpful. Highly recommend getting a hot tub here!

We used Kovals for a bathroom remodel- great experience and we recommend going here. Nicole was incredibly helpful and worked through all the various options with us. Great communication with the status of our order, getting it setup for delivery, etc. We had Brad deliver - arrived exactly on time, quick to unload, and very friendly. Steve and Nicole were so great to work with when we purchased our jacuzzi hot tub! Their attention to detail and personal service is second to none! Jeremy and his grew did a great job setting it up as well. I would recommend Koval to anyone looking for a hot tub.

We used Koval for our home renovation, more specifically for our hardwood floors and kitchen reno. I first worked with Nicole for our floors and she was just great - so friendly, knowledgeable, and available for any questions I had. Jackie was also so amazing to work with. She has an eye for a modern yet traditional kitchen design and she was always there when I needed advice on selections or decor choices, just anything. The whole staff at Koval was really a joy to work with and they’re on the top of my list for our next project!

Excellent recommendations, help, delivery, and setup. Quality here for sure. Jacuzzi hot tub is superb w/o all the gimmicks of others. We are both in our late 60’s and it relieves a lot of pain and inflammation that comes w being 68&69
