Kind technicians, the owner squeezed me in late in the day, but wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Pedicure was $45, then $15 for exfoliation of callouses which they didn’t let me know or I would have declined that, I just assumed exfoliating was part of the pedicure? Sloppy dip job, doesn’t cover the whole nail, left with lots of residue after. Somehow the price of a pedicure and dip nails that would have been around $95-$110 other places was $145 before tip.

Technicians were kind, but the nails/pedicure were below average, no pushing down of the cuticles for the hands, no general manicure-type things. Prices were astronomical compared to other shops. Unfortunately I will not be coming here again.

Really happy they had available appts day of. Peaceful music and pretty view of the mountains while seated at the nail counter. The place definitely could use a deep clean and new equipment, chairs, decor. By far not my best manicure but good enough. Friendly staff.

Came in as a walk in and the owner quickly made time for me.

We chatted and the whole experience was so pleasant. She was very attentive, detail oriented and thoughtful. The place itself was at such a location too!

I ended up just getting a classic manicure done. The massage and the experience throughout was lovely and would come back again!

Got the gel that says "lasts 2-3 weeks" had my nails done on Saturday days after, polish is peeling off....$50 nails for 3 days

I had a nice experience today . Spa pedicure, Gel manicure, chair massage . A little more expensive than average . But, after all you are paying for a Pearl Street experience. 🏞️💥🌺

Called ahead to go in and get gel taken off and told it was $15. Then, after the gel was taken off and I was paying I was told that it would be $45. I was confused why the price was so different and was told that I had gotten a manicure, which is not the service I solicited. They had taken off the gel and cut my cuticles but I was unaware that I was getting a manicure, especially considering I booked an appointment to get gel removed and only that. One girl on the staff was very rude and yelled at me accusing me of trying to not pay for the service I got (a service I was unaware I was getting). Clearly there was a misunderstanding at some point. I asked if we could reach a fair price considering I came in thinking I would spend $15 + tip and now it was going to be way more. I was told that they would give me a discounted price of $40. Honestly was pretty shocked with how rude the lady was, I was willing to work out something because they did give me a service (I didn’t ask for) but was willing to agree on something that would be fair to both of us. Another worker came and helped and we were able to work out something. Still ended up paying $30 + tip to get gel nails off, so that blows. Will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend. Misunderstanding happen but the way it was handled was ridiculous and pretty rude.

OVERPRICED AND POOR QUALITY!! They charged me $30 without tip to just paint my nails, nothing else. I asked them to clean up my nails and they just lazily filed them. I brought in my own polish so they didn’t even use any of their supplies on us. My friend and I both got our nails painted here and it’s honestly the worst my nails have ever looked. There were large gaps missing paint and parts of my actual nail showing, they even smudged the paint on my friends nail and didn’t fix it. Another person came in and asked to get her toes fixed and the woman painting my friends nails rushed through it so she could get to the other customer. It was very rude and obvious she didn’t care to do a good job. On top of that there were flies buzzing around us the whole time we were getting our nails painted. When they finished and charged us I was shocked at the price and the owners response was “well it’s Boulder” I said I’ve gotten my nails painted in New York City for half this price. I honestly wouldn’t have even minded paying that much if they at least did a decent job but it looked like a child painted my nails. I will never be coming back here! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Best manicures and pedicures I have ever had! It is a must stop whenever I come to Boulder. The staff is professional and welcoming. Love this place!
