Best facials I’ve had! I went to LA Eve when they were at their previous location. I loved their service, but it was a little out of my price range at the time to go regularly. After trying other memberships at other spas, which ended up being just as expensive when they pushed add ons, I finally came back to LA Eve. The aestheticians are all so good and their products are top notch. They also include this great massage in the service. You can get multi service discounts that are a great deal!

Horrible Horrible service. Don't come here
They should not take me in at 5pm if they are closing at 6pm.
My appointment was 90 minutes of service, and the lady was in a rush to finish so she can go home, and there was no pampering here.
I could hear their co-workers laughing obnoxiously outside of the treatment room and running around cleaning.

Here comes the gratuity part.
I really didn't want to, but I tip her as a courtesy, but she demands more. How rude!!

I even had a consultation for my son's laser treatment pkg deals. I don't think so.
They lost business because of their unprofessional and rude employees.
I would not recommend this place

I have been coming to LA Eve for facials and typically have a great experience. The staff is pleasant and thorough and the facilities are simple but comfortable. Parking is also easy and convenient as they are located in a strip mall with a large parking lot.

I removed a star for a recent experience I had related to their medspa treatments. I first asked some initial questions about a laser procedure called Shurink during a facial session and had a good experience learning about it from the staff. When I came back with the intent to do one session, the woman at the front desk (who I hadn’t met before) was very pushy about buying expensive packages and then tried to convince me to additionally get a much more invasive procedure called Kybella (a fat dissolving shot) on the spot, something I had never expressed interest in. I was pretty turned off by how pushy and predatory this felt to the point where I not only did not agree to the packages, but also decided not to move forward with Shurink.

I paid for a 350$ facial which was a very steep price for me already but i thought why not try it this time as i had been breaking out bad. The facial was good, not great just good. But what happened after ruined it all for me. I was about to leave when they called me back in just so they could upsell their packages and then asked how much I wanted to tip. With the price already so high I did not want to tip as I felt that was a fair price and was expensive already. I told them this and the women were talking to eachother in Korean and then one of them said "please tip. You have to tip". This is crazy. I have never ever been outright demanded for a tip when tipping is OPTIONAL. Another commenter mentioned being asked for 20%. If I would have been asked that it would have added a whole nother $70 to the total. Crazy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Do not come here. They are a rip off. I told the front desk person that I wanted the Luxury Facial, which was $150 for first time guests. She purposely gave me the $200 facial and obviously already used the products by the time I went to pay. I had no choice but to pay at that point. They clearly did that on purpose - super disappointed and not coming back.

Updated response: I very much appreciated the service with respect to the late arrival, and informed the front desk via text immediately to let the office know. I also appreciated the
explanation and recommendations, but the events below are absolutely not what happened. After I was informed of the various options and packages, I confirmed that I still wanted the original option of the “Luxury Gold Patch Therapy,” which I even have not one, but two email confirmations of. I informed the esthetician that I wanted to go ahead with my original option, especially because I wanted the lymphatic drainage massage. That said, an attempt was made to upsell me a package that I said NO to, was provided the more expensive service, and then placed in a position in which I had no choice but to pay for it.
The professionalism did not go unnoticed, but the events as you listed, again, are not correct.
