Purchased very expensive wig at 4pm on Saturday, upon taking it home I realized it was not the right color. The next day on Sunday when they opened at 11:00 am I asked to exchange the wig for a different color. The merchant was rude and refused to exchange the wig stating I could have used it for an photo shoot. The wig was in its original package with all the tags , net, cupboard and packaging. I asked if he could exchange it for the same wig and price. He adamantly said no and referred me to his small receipt which did state no refund at all and no exchanges. I told him his assistant that helped me yesterday was very nice and he himself was rude and disrespectful to the point of his behavior causing me to write this review. Customer service is a priority something he needs to learn. BUYERS BEWARE of La Sierra Beauty Supply. The receipt says BEAUTY CLUB PLUS RS.

The young lady behind the counter was excellent in assisting me. Took me right to the items that I came in for. Google said the business was listed under black owned. It is not. With different hair texture it is important that the person understand my hair texture, and the products that work for my texture. Other than that the experience was very nice.

They don't have a lot of braiding hair selection. Not very welcoming but they're not rude your just there unless your a regular then they're more friendly.

They make you feel welcome a d and the prices are reasonable for wigs and ponytails. I have shopped there on and off for years. They're good people who own it please support their business.
