Alyssa talks you through the whole process and makes you very comfortable, she’s very easy to talk to which makes the whole experience that much easier . I went in for my first wax with alyssa a couple of months ago and ever since then I’ve kept going back. She does a great job with making me feel comfortable she had me so distracted which was great because it made the process so much smoother she walked me through everything and even has the best aftercare advice. Even when leaving she has treats to offer. My overall experience with alyssa is definitely a 10 out of 10 to the person she is and to the products she uses everything was just great.

I have been getting waxed for about a year before I discovered Alyssa Navarro and was having problems with ingrown hairs. I thought it was something that was unavoidable until I was told to book with Alyssa. I had my first Brazilian with her and it was incredible! She is very thorough and gentle while talking me through the process. I also saw a drastic diminish of my ingrown hair only after ONE VISIT!! I appreciate the work she does and recommend her to anyone searching for a wax specialist! Not only is she very knowledgeable about it she also never rushes you out of the door. She makes sure that she does everything to the client’s satisfaction. Most importantly the establishment and herself are both clean and sanitary! Once again I am so grateful to have found her and look forward to continuing booking with her.

Alyssa is amazing and super talented! I go to her for my waxing services, lash and brow services and I’m never disappointed! I always feel so comfortable and her place is so welcoming and clean. If you are looking for services in waxing (Brazilian, face, etc) or brow laminations, and lash lifts, or intimate bleaching, I totally recommend her☺️

Alyssa has made all my Brazilian wax comfortable. She answers to any questions being asked. Also is super friendly and is a great listener. To double it up, she gives out great coffee/hot coco.
