The staff here is working very hard to keep up but this office is run like an urgent care. Every time we go here it is a 2+ hour ordeal even with a scheduled appointment. The appointments are very rushed and we noticed that Dr. G. Narula is very rude to the nurses and staff. The ydo not have a good telehealth option - the telehealth option is waiting on hold until the doctor has a chance to talk to you. You have to have an appointment for everything - referrals, medication refills, etc. - you cannot leave a message for the doctor. They will draw your blood at every visit, even if you were just checked so that they can bill for it. They pack all the patients in for the money.

Tried to do a telemed with the doctor for my mother. They couldn't hear me and I could barely hear her,so I had to talk loud. We tried twice.The doctor sent a letter saying I was rude BY yelling so they dismissed my mother from their care...when mom didn't even talk to them just me trying to get telemed set up for her!

The best office in lafollette. The Dr's and staff are the best of the best. They listen and have compassion for there patients. I can walk in and get out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office and the Dr's. They know what they are doing.
