I stayed here because of a 49er game we were all going to. The service was not horrible, they were cordial and polite. The rooms were clean, the bed was not comfortable at all. We saw pictures of a hot tub on site and when asked if they had one, they said no. Which was odd because the pictures on their website and other sites showed it did. ||Besides the lack of a hot tub that was pictured and the uncomfortable bed, it was a decent place to stay at.

Nice service and kindly to help. A little advise for your reference. When you seat in front of the desk. Sometime it's a little superise when you see your reflection in the mirror at right back. Especially when you stay along.

Paid the $150 deposit upon check-in. Stayed five nights and four hours after check-out I received a charge to my account for $57.10. Called hotel and was told manager had to handle my call. Didn’t receive a call back so I went in and spoke to the manager who accused me of stealing a blowdryer which was left on the bathroom counter when I left and a pitcher, which was never there to begin with. The manager would not refund me for the items and gave us the phone number to some district manager who we spoke to and she said that she would call back and while we were waiting for her call to check our stuff to see if we had the blow dryer. Never received a call back. I recommend staying with Marriott brand hotels. They have wonderful customer service and you don’t have to worry about being charged for things you didn’t take. I’m super pissed off and super offended and want them to refund my money for their mistake… I’m not a thief and don’t appreciate being treated as such.

I've stayed here before and it's been fine but this past week they wouldn't provide room cleaning or fresh towels while I was out, even after asking and hanging the sign on the door. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. Also informed them of an issue with a sharp piece of metal hanging from the dishwasher first day but they never came by to fix it or even inspect it like they said they would. Lastly the room I was in 205, had a light directly outside it that was super crazy bright to the point it was very visible even with blinds closed throughout the night. Very disappointed.

Not impressed with this place. It took forever to check in. People were arguing with the front desk about their rooms. The front desk staff said they overbooked their rooms and couldn’t move a person who said they booked a king and not a queen bed. Another person came back down to the front desk and related they went to their room but someone was already in it. There are no vending machines, you choose from a limited amount of items and take them to the front desk. You just tell them your room number, they don’t check I. D. so you can say any room number. The rooms are very old looking and felt dingy. Breakfast ends at 9:00? I came down right at 9:00 but everything had already been cleaned up. My fault, I thought, like every other hotel I had ever stayed in, breakfast would go to 10:00. I really felt like they were trying to get people out ASAP. The fire alarm went off at 8:30, ran for about 15 seconds, then shut off. The staff was really nice though, but I doubt we will book another Larkspur hotel.

The room had leaky toilet, fan was not working. Despite reminders, those were not fixed. Breakfast was very mediocre

Positive: location Negative: Larkspur Landing charged us for a full week even though the hotel reservation was prepaid. Clerk said we would have to come back to front desk the next morning. Very difficult and time consuming (over two weeks} tp resolve! Never again!!!
