Posting this because I feel others should know, not because I am the type to do this.

I wanted to like this place, especially after speaking with the owner and finding out she made her own glue.

Unfortunately, after 2.5 hours for a hybrid fill which has only ever take 1.5 hours at other places), my lashes still were not finished and my left eye looked completely different from my right eye. Like literally two different people.

Ladies, please do not trust a lash tech that finishes one eye and then moves to the other.

I told my lash tech I needed to go to another appointment, and even gave her two hours, which she went over, and had me late to my next appointment. I also told her I work a very public job and I did not want to look "crazy."

After she had my eyelashes looking like I was crazy or tried to do them myself, I pointed it out and she agreed, but said she could not fix it that day. So after 2.5 hours, she wanted me to come back on another day.

Although I did not get my lashes done with the owner, the lash tech kept going on and on about how she learned everything from the owner, so I can only imagine.

About 90% of my lashes fell out after 4 days.

Additionally, I found out my left side of my lashes were completely damaged by the lash tech.

I think I understand now why I had to sign this long long waiver before my appointment. I cannot be the first person they have done this to.

This place is garbage and I refused to go back to get my lashes fixed. If you cannot do it in 2.5 hours, when I get a little more than a classic fill, you can't do it at all.

Lastly, you lashes are supposedly "dried" with a UV light. So it is constant flashing in your eye with the UV light. They say the light isn't enough to damage your eyes but I don't trust anything.

Even with a refund and free lashes, you could not pay me to go back.

I have been going to Lash Ink for 6 years. I started out with Alyssa, who at the time had only been doing lashes for 7 months. She did a great job. I always got compliments on my lashes. It was obvious she was trained well. When Alyssa left I was put on Suzy's schedule, the owner. To this day, I still get compliments on my lashes. Even when I'm due for a fill my lashes still look good. They do not start twisting in every direction when growing out. She uses high quality products (not the thick plastic looking lashes) and always puts the health of my lashes first.

Ruth H. Your loss. I have been a customer of Suzy's for over 15 years. The quality of work by her is something you will never find in other places. She teaches her staff not only great techniques but educates on the health of an individual's lashes so you dont end up having no real lashes permanently. She can always tell when I am not taking my vitamins because the state of my natural lashes. Best facials too!! Mistakes can happen at least you were called back and amends were attempted to be made. What other places do that!! And offer a free set for worth over $150 or more. Again your loss and hope you find a place that makes your lashes beautiful but also making sure your real lashes are healthy underneath. Josie is also amazing. She is my go to when Suzy is unavailable.

I love my eyelashes when Amy does them. I get so many compliments. She is a true artist in her skills. I highly recommend her.

Updated review: I received a phone call from susie@lashink with an apology and an offer for free lashes due to the incontinence on their behalf. I turned down the offer because I actually needed them on the day of my appt due to me going out of town. Initially I rated 1* star due to the inconvienence of my appt being forgotten/misplaced not on the quality of work since I would not be able to rate on quality. I now rate 3*** although it was 4days later I appreciated the professionalism of a call back with an apology and offer for free lashes.

The best in Visalia. Love Suzy and her staff. I quit doing my lashes for a bit thinking I could live without them well I can’t lol Suzy graciously created a spot back for me. I appreciate her skill and personal care she gives to all her clients.

Lashes did not stay on. They redid them but fell off on one eye in less than a week. Technician tried to make me feel like it was something I did. I had them done at another salon and 2 weeks in they still look great. It wasn’t me.

The staff totally professional and yes I recommend Lash Ink . I give it 5 stars. Im addicted and very happy with my lashes.
