This review is long overdue - I’ve been going to Laura for nearly 5 years now, and she is the absolute BEST for waxing. She always accommodates my busy schedule, her technique makes it nearly painless, always does a perfect job, and she’s quick!!

In five years our schedules didn’t align just one time, and I had to go somewhere else for my wax and couldn’t believe how lucky I was to have Laura as my regular girl. Never going anywhere again as long as I’m in San Diego! She has a cute little private studio that is always immaculately clean and comfortable, and she’s just simply the best to her clients.

Laura is a dream esthetician. Not only is she super knowledgeable, but she’s a walking representation of what good skincare will do for you. Her spa is so beautiful and elegant. It’s cozy, immaculate and intimate, so you don’t feel like just another client. Whatever scent she has going on, makes the spa experience even more relaxing . The treatment is very personalized. I found Laura North Skincare 3 years ago when I was struggling with adult onset acne and hyperpigmentation. I was frustrated, embarrassed, and desperate! Laura gave recommendations and customized the facials to fit my needs and I’ve been coming monthly ever since. I’ve received so many compliments and have her to thank! The space is adorable and Laura is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to my treatment every month and my skin has never looked or felt better!

Laura was wonderful and very professional! I greatly enjoyed the the microdermabrasion and peel- my skin is soft and glowing!
