I’ve been to this place over 20 times for the past 7 years. I absolutely loved the ambience and staff. So when I called and scheduled a massage today they told me they have availability in 35 mins. I got a babysitter on a short notice to watch the kids so I can take some tension off the muscle after an intense workout. I show up a few minutes early to be told they don’t have anyone to do the massage. When I asked if they knew they were short staffed 35 mins ago when I called they said yes. When I asked why they proceeded to schedule me then, crickets. It’s disrespectful to my time and it’s unprofessional. They did not try to remedy by offering a discount or an apology which is even worse. I’m so disappointed that I have to find another place and I’m forced to leave a negative review which I never do unless I’m very upset.

I recently had the pleasure of getting a massage from Lili at Lavender Organic Spa, and it was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, and Lili's warm and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease.

Her technique is outstanding – she tailored the massage perfectly to my needs, focusing on areas of tension while ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Every movement was precise and thoughtful, and I could tell she genuinely cared about providing the best possible treatment.

I left feeling completely refreshed, with both my body and mind in a much better place. If you're looking for a top-tier massage therapist who truly knows her craft, Lili is the one to see. I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning!

Sorry to do this but this is right full.
I got a one hour mix thai Swedish massage which was o.k overall but not good and my back now hurts.
I guess the lady didnt know what she's doin although shes matured and looked experienced.
I came because reviews and unfortunatly will never comeback.

something tells me that this place started out strong and has lost most of its key, masseuses, or they’ve just gotten complacent in their work ethic. Despite several solid reviews, the place clearly doesn’t really specialize in anything other than their one kind of massage.

After about 20 minutes of me, continually asking them to not keep working on the same area, she paused for a second, and asked me what I wanted, I thought we finally moved past working on the same area… But no such luck,

She simply wiped off my shoulder areas, reapplied more oil, and went right back to the same area. I very politely asked to speak to the manager, so she walked out. Nobody came in, so I finally got dressed and walked out.

The bottom line is they only want to do MASSAGE one particular way, and it’s the tie stretching technique, which doesn’t really get in deep to the tissues, or provide pain relief for any particular spot.

When I politely asked if there were any other therapists, who may be more willing to do more than just the shoulder areas and the stretching technique, as told that they all do the same thing, and that they don’t specialize in deep tissue, even though they clearly advertise that they do.

The place is prettier than most time, massage spots, and everybody there seemed polite. But as far as an effective Deep Tissue or sports massage, You’re probably gonna want to find a place where they’re willing to actually work, not just smooth oil and towels on and move your limbs around..

Good place for a massage. My masseuse really beat the knots out of me. It seemed clean and the staff was nice.

Mona is wonderful up front. The massage is traditional Thai, in a super and clean upscale setting. Skilled and professional therapists.

I had a 90 minutes gift certificate, I was there yesterday everything was going well until the massage woman started farting right at 60 minutes, the music turned off, she turned the fan on and I started getting cold. I should of left but she left the room came back and continued. I was actually embarrassed for her but it was not a pleasant experience as a customer. Smh
