Always a great visit and experience. I love getting my propane refilled here and always a great experience dealing with people who are attentive.

Especially considering when i go to bigger places i have to deal with a robot, or other challenging customer service.

Amazing selection of outdoor patio equipment as well. Best grill place on the area.

I recently went to Lawn & Leisure to purchase a new grill. The people at the store were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I paid for assembly and delivery and given an estimated date of delivery. They called me a week before it was to be delivered saying they had an opening earlier and asked if I was available. The delivery showed up on time and fully assembled. They checked to make sure it worked and at the same time made sure I knew how to operate it. All of the accessories I ordered also were delivered. The two people who delivered were extremely nice and helpful. Overall it was a great experience buying from Lawn & Leisure and I highly recommend them.

I was looking to buy a Napoleon grill and wasn't comfortable buying one without actually seeing it in person. Well Lawn and Leisure had every model on display and new ones ready to buy in the warehouse...so I was able to pick out the one I wanted and was able to take it home with me. The salesman was great...no pressure or "up selling"...he just made sure I knew what was available. Overall a great experience. Oh...I drove 30 miles to the store as others closer to me didn't have all the models on display or actually in-stock.

I met Tom Rother today who owns Lawn & Leisure in Sterling which is a huge store with an incredible selection of grills. Tom is also a Vienna resident and a super nice guy.

They actually have a lot of grills in the store too and deliver next day. He took us back to the warehouse so we could see the box sizes.

He has a huge knowledge of grills, so I strongly recommend coming here before buying online.

They have Weber, Napoleon, Green Egg, DCS, and many more. They do outdoor kitchens as well and deliver full setups.

They even have furniture, fireplaces, ride on mowers, tools and many other items I didn't explore.

Tom also uses to own a landscaping company that he sold off but has lots of recommendations.

So if you're thinking of a grill or anything outdoorsy, I recommend going to Sterling and checking out his store.

I needed to replace the natural gas hose on my Vermont Castings barbecue purchased many years ago. Lowes and Home depot provided no help. As a new resident in Sterling, I contacted Lawn and Leisure and Tom suggested I come in and "lets see what we can do". After about 20 minutes of exploring their warehouse and current parts, Tom admitted that no one supplier seems to make the type of hose I needed that is compatible with my BBQ. The only option was to purchase some adapters that would convert a standard hose for my use. Given that I have a natural gas line at home, I was not comfortable with that option. One of his employees who was also helping us suddenly remembered that he had picked up an old Vermont Castings BBQ that was in the warehouse waiting to be recycled. He went back and checked and surprisingly, the hose was still connected. He removed it and my problem was solved (for free). After browsing Tom's extensive inventory of new made-in-the-USA BBQs, I was halfway hoping that I would need to buy a new BBQ. If I decide on that option after his summer, I will definitely return to Lawn and Leisure and work with Tom to get a new unit that meets my needs.

The team and Lawn and Leisure were great. We were new to the area and looked up local businesses for grills, outdoor kitchens and furniture for our new home and found Lawn and Leisure. Their products are a very high quality, and their pricing is very good. If you're used to the quality of the typical big box stores, you may feel pricing is a little high, but I encourage you to take a look at the quality. We bought an outdoor stove/fire pit and had them spec an outdoor kitchen. The stove was similar to brands you'll see if you search for one. But the quality and the thickness of the materials in the brands they carry is far superior. A bonus is the staff. They know their products and use them personally. And you just can't beat that personal attention and product knowledge that seems to be lacking from the big box stores.

Lawn and Liesure has been my go-to store for lawn and outdoor living products for nearly 40 years. My most recent purchase was a Napoleon grill (replacement for the Weber I purchased from Lawn and Liesure 13 years ago). Our salesman TC was fantastic! He spent a lot of time to 'educate' us on the various grills, good and so so features depending on model, and answered all questions. He never tried to hard sell us as he honestly wanted us to be happy with whatever model/brand we selected.

We opted for a Napoleon Grill, and the delivery guys were very careful delivering the grill and making sure everything worked before they left.

This is a first class store with excellent staff!! We will be coming back to select patio furniture next, as they carry quality products, and are so helpful.
