My mom’s candle exploded when it reached the end. It was burning while she was in her living room with it. She heard the sound, saw that the glass had shattered, and blew out the still-lite flame that had just kept burning and burning. She got a photo when it happened and I made her send a clearer image for the brand name. Thankful it turned out okay, but we’re very disturbed by this.

I could not keep the candle lit. It was a beautiful container and the scent I loved (Balance) but it did not exude any scent at all. It left black soot. That was my first experience with that in a soy candle. And it wouldn't stay lit. Every time there was any wax in there I had to dump it out immediately or the candles would go out. It had three wicks.
I finally threw it away. I gave up. That was an expensive mistake. Never again!

Both candles I bought from this brand were horrible. The thick burned WAYYYYY TOO FAST FOR THE WAX TO KEEP UP. Def not worth it. They turn off on the half way mark, and get drowned by the wax. This brand has potential, but definitely not spending anymore money on it.
