I rarely leave bad reviews but I had to share my experience at this place. I must say the poor communication skills the esthetician has is not a good start. I was getting my facials done here monthly until I had to cancel my appointment due to a personal matter two days prior and texted Arev. I tried to reschedule my appointment until she made the whole thing personal for whatever reason. So unprofessional. She literally gave me so much distress about her cancelling policy which was not addressed to me from my initial consultation. She tried to charge me for a deposit for every visit moving forward when again that was not discussed whatsoever. Mind you I paid for every visit upfront. This place is not welcoming and the energy is so negative. This is not how you run a business.

I’ve been getting facials from Arevik for more than 5 years. At the time I would go to different chain med spas in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, etc., and would see Arevik too. But after trying many different places, it quickly became very clear that Arevik is best! Nobody does as deep, clarifying, & transformative facials as she does. I am mixed Pakistani and Indian and my acne prone, problematic skin has been completely transformed. Before seeing Arevik, facials from other places would make my skin worse and make me break out! If you consistently see her, you will get results for sure. Doing facials before other procedures like micro needling also takes results to the next level. Arevik’s personality is also super supportive of women and her attitude is always of empowering other woman. Refreshing experience at all levels!

Arevik is an incredible aesthetician! I went to her for a deep pore cleaning facial, and she made my skin feel and look so beautiful each time! She is so professional and such an expert at her job. There’s nothing better than a facial! If you want the best experience, please come here! Arevik is the real deal. She is so knowledgeable about skin, it’s insane. She knows exactly what to do in order to heal your skin. She teaches you to be patient with your skin. She has the most gentle hands. She has never been pushy and she never tries to sell me a service or a product. I feel so welcomed and relaxed here. The place is spotless, it is modern and cute, but most importantly, the service is amazing. My skin has never looked this good. Ever! Arevik, you are the best! Magic hands. Highly recommend this place to anyone! You will not regret it.
