Phenomenal customer service. I went in to find an engagement ring with some concerns and Tom took great care of my fiance and I. I was so happy with the ring and the options they were able to provide for us. I ended up going back to get another ring from them for my fiance. We’re very happy with our sweet experience for this exciting part of our lives and really appreciate their great attention and care.

I am so pleased that I took a necklace that I have had for at least twenty years to Legacy Diamond and Gems. I never wore the necklace because every time I did it would flip over so the sapphires were not facing up correctly. Legacy was able to adjust the way the sapphires met with the gold chain and now it doesn't flip over at all. I will wear this now instead of leaving it in my jewelry box!

I brought in a ring for repair. They did a great job and it looks beautiful. The service was great. They even looked at a pocket watch for us, and although they couldn’t repair this particular one, they referred us to a place that can do the work. I would definitely recommend them.

I had several pieces of family jewelry fixed and cleaned and they did a great job! They also noticed my diamond stone was loose in my engagement ring when cleaning it and showed me and I was grateful to have it fixed. I also bought a pair of tanzanite earrings that are beautiful and it was a good deal during their anniversary sale. Plus they gave me credit for some extra gold I had taken out of bracelet. Excellent quality and friendly experience! I highly recommend!
