What a great experience I had at the LensCrafters in Flatirons Mall! Dr. Ekin and his professional staff explained everything in detail with kind expertise. And Laura was just delightful throughout the entire order process and she picked out fantastic frames for my face!

Dainelle was an exceptional eye glasses Lens Crafter representative. She was a great listener of what I wanted in frames and lenses and showed me frames per my "likes" (not hers). She was patient and thorough in helping me with the selection of both regular rx glasses and rx sunglasses. what I liked the most out of Dannielle was her honesty of how frames looked on me. No BS replies or just trying to get a sale by saying they ALL look great. No ... she told it like it is and that's way cool priceless feedback.

Danielle also did a great job measuring my eyes with a high tech measurement device versus what some places do via guessing via stabbing your eyeglasses lens with a shaking sharpie pen!

Dannielle was very transparent (she showed me the $ numbers) per the costs of frames, lenses, and other elements of the new glasses, along with how my eye glasses insurance worked to lower those costs.

Lens Crafters is a great place to find frames (many to pick from!) and the best service I've had with getting new glasses in the past 50 years. It was that exceptional of service by Dannielle.

We’ve been coming here for a few years and thankfully so. They are a tremendous group of people who go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of and happy before we leave. Doctor at this location is great for the 6 people i have recommend this place. Even that spanish is not his language he do his best to communicate.
Problem is the lady that took my order for my wife contacts. 4 weeks ago.
Charge me for the 6 pairs of green contacts
Never place the order.
Last Sunday on 08/25/24 came to check on the contacts and a team member said she does not know about it to come back Tuesday
On Tuesday 08/27/24 call find out that the lady who took original order only charge but did not place the order.
She said she did now submitted the order and contacts should arrive with in a week
Yesterday 09/03/24 call and they said have not arrive
Today 09/04/24 i call then they said have not check the mail.
Minutes later a gentlemen call me said contacts are here. I came to pick them up
And the box is different they look like temporary contacts and ask the lady if they were green or not.
With attitude she said
“ I don’t know anything about it if you want to take them or if you want to leave them”.
Doctor will be back on Friday.
I left them because is not what i paid for
The black boxes is what we got the first time and the blue box in the picture is what she gave me today with her “ I don’t know”

Laura is the BEES KNEES!!! An absolute gem and such a huge help. I literally would not be rocking the best pair of glasses ever without her. She is very knowledgeable and was not only very patient but an absolute joy during the whole process. I would definitely recommend ordering in store rather than online (much easier process) and would 1000/10 recommend Laura!!

Excellent customer service and great selection of frames. We used the associated Opthomologist's services for our exams, but you could also bring in a recent script from your eye doctor. I know many people use online companies nowadays, but we both need progressive lenses and wanted to be sure we get a professional fit as well as the best type of progressives. (There are several types that impact your daily life, so be careful). We believe in getting the best care for our eyes!

They just had gotten in the latest in computerized fitting for progressive lenses, and Christine easily adapted (we were the first customers). Thank you for being awesome and for getting our glasses in within a week of our purchase.
