Whenever I've shopped here, I've experienced kind employees with lots of knowledge on their products. I love that I can get tiny amounts of herbs to try out for like a dollar or so before buying in bulk. This is my go-to herb shop. They also carry supplements and natural body products by big and small brands. I buy my shampoo and conditioner here. I've found their prices to be better than Amazon, sometimes.

i’ve been going here for a while and enjoy the selection and employees. people seem to assume that they’re herbalist doctors and thats not really the case, they’re not qualified to answer all your health questions and diagnose you. nevertheless, they always answer my questions best they can and have also recommended me great naturalists. they’re honest on what they can’t/shouldn’t answer. it’s an authentic store, and appreciated. me and my sister both buy from them <3

This would be such an incredible bounty to the community except that the people behind the counter are so rude, except one gentleman who has given me some great tips and advice. Every other herbalist behind the counter has bristled at my very low-key questions. I really don’t get it. I love this joint but after this last episode, I can’t patronize this shop anymore. I try to do my best to support local, but this shop always leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I drive away always wishing I had gone somewhere less. YMMV, but LK I hope you know that kindness matters to the folks out here with whom you’re doing (or not doing) business.

I don't know why there are reviews saying that the staff is rude. They were extremely accommodating to me and this place is such a gem! The prices are more than fair and the selection is absolutely amazing. I hope they stay in business forever.
