Maybe a good place to purchase needles but too risky for high ticket items.
Difficult customer service.
Ordered a TDP lamp that had issues within a week of purchase. Relayed all info and troubleshooting. Customer service was slow to respond or provide adequate, speedy resolution, they schedule me for call with a technician instead.
Expected more from Lhasaoms.

I used to love Lhasa and seamlessly ordered through them for years. They were fast, accurate and their customer service was excellent. They have lost each of these qualities and I can no longer rely on them as a supplier. One mistake is human, but a year of mistake after mistake is unacceptable. Countless incorrect products shipped. No reply from customer service. Incorrect replacement items shipped. Getting charged for products which I returned using their shipping label, (because they had shipped the wrong product) and no reply from accounting to confirm I don't owe them anything. Backorder items never being shipped and having to request a refund because the items were not sent. And they never paid my Lhasa Direct credit when they terminated the program. I have attempted to reach out to them on this so many times with no reply...I give up. If keeping my money is more important to them, I suppose they need it more than I do. My business will be elsewhere. I am disappointed that they have lost their quality and integrity.

Lhasa is my favorite place to order acupuncture supplies and have been using them for years. They are always so quick! I have had things delivered to a remote island in Alaska in a week! But usually get things in 1-2 days. Customer service is also great!

I have been ordering most of my clinic supplies, and supplements from Lhasa for years. They are professional. They keep their promises. If there is a problem (which has happened twice in all these years) they made it right immediately!

Used to be better - but as they have grown their process does not seem so streamlined. The shipping is not dependable - sometimes when an order is placed before 4 it will go out next day and sometimes not. They started carrying KPC herbs a couple of years ago, but with every order I want to make they are often out of stock on one or two of the items.
update: More issues with getting timely shipments. I ordered 8am in the yesterday morning and today it is still not shipped. I have patients coming from a distance and now I need to mail them their herbs. I'll have to stick with Crane for my herbal orders as I know if I get it in before 2 it wil get shipped.. LhasaOMS is not trustworthy if I need anything in a timely fashion.
Last week I ordered on a Thursday and Tuesday morning (Monday was Memorial day) it wasn't even sent out yet because one of the items was backordered. However I was not notified and had to call to find out.
