Bought a Lift Wand Pro in the summer, which was shipped to Austria with an American Plug. Promised an adaptor, which never arrived. Used it - as advised - without an adaptor, and it shorted out by November. All attempts to get info about repair went unanswered (other than an email to say they got my message). Bought a second one; because, when it works, it's a good product, but customer "service" is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Never again.
