Our almost 3 year old has supposed pneumonia. We’ve left the hospital (after an awful visit with no O2 tank offered) but are using an O2 compressor at home. We were calling Lincare for help in getting an emergency tank to travel down to Denver with to be at a lower elevation and closer to CO Children’s Hospital if need be. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The female representative on call was not only rude (happened on a Saturday at 3pm, not an outrageous time) but completely without compassion nor proper explanation of procedures.
We will never recommend nor use this company EVER.

Terrible customer service! If you are homebound, you have to find someone else to help you deliver your concentrator to be serviced. Not helpful at all.
